If service was as good as the product this place would have lines out the door. Prices are ridiculous ? but ice cream is delicious. Employees/owners... are short and very military no smile, not a hello welcome in nothing zip ....nada until its "Que va llevar"

Food: 9/10Service: 8/10This is one of my favorite peleterías out there! Definitely recommend you try their "skippys", if you know you know. If you'd don't, go and find out! You have to be patient as they do get a line and can take a little bit to make your order but this is not a bad thing. This is a cash only establishment and the parking can be a little limited with the shopping center its in. No indoor seating, but definitely worth it!

Señoras mustias con esas actitud que tienen ni ganas de regresar, compre una paleta de coco y vanilla y la paleta se miraba que tenia semanas en el refrigerador, apenas me la iba dar cuando le dije que si me la cambiara y me dijo la señora que no me la iba cambiar porque ya la pagué pero ni siquiera la había tocado. Con razón ya no tienen clientes como antes

Your employees are too slow. I have to wait more than 30 minutes they were only 4 people on line. This ridiculous!

Not cool! We haven't been here in years And i wanted to show my kid how good their skippys are. Haven't been here in probably 15 years I always talk to her about how good these raspados used to be. We made a 45 minute drive Just to get here and see they close at 6. When Yelp says 7pm. We even tried calling before driving here but their phone doesn't even work. Ugh! Just a terrible experience! Or maybe I'm just moody and upset at the drive and the disappointment

Fui a comprar unos raspados yo le pedí ala muchacha dos skippys de mango y dos de vanilla Cuando me entrega mi orden me da dos raspados de mango y dos de vanilla Le expliqué que yo había pedido dos skipoies de mango y me dijo que no..que ya me habían cobrado dos raspados Le dije yo pago la diferencia pero dame dos skipoies de mango se puso con su actitud a gritarme y a decirme miles de cosas que ella no los iva hacer Le dije quiero hablar con la manger me dijo que era ella Le dije quiero hablar con el dueño me contesto soy yo también Si es la dueña de este lugar como dice ella que horror saber que es ella en vez de satisfacer al cliente se pone a gritarle al cliente que piense un poco y sea inteligente que por uno ella tiene este negocio porque uno va a comprar ahí.... más corriente de persona no pude ser tiene una pésima actitud esta persona llamada MARÍA una dueña no actúa de esta manera tan bulgar al contrario hace todo lo posible para no perder a clientes

ORIGINAL FLAVOR SKIPPY is a must have! whenever I visit my home town Mayomadera from Phoenix, AZ. Every munchie is bomb including the paletas!

Everything I've tried here is great especially the raspados and the skippies! We've also tried the adult skippies with liquor and those are delicious, too. Be prepared to wait in line, though, if it's a hot day!
