ID GIVE YOU ZERO STARS IF I COULD. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. GAVE ME THE WRONG ORDER AND CHARGED ME INCORRECTLY.
Was excited to try the Gingerbread Latte, and was quickly disappointed it tasted like hot sink water with some sweetener, I didn't taste any espresso or gingerbread, and I didn't tastenmy drink till I was already home š®āšØI don't get it isn't there measurements they follow for every drink? Why is it so hard to get it right? This is why I never try anything new, I'm paying too much money for a coffee to be disappointed.
This Starbucks is fairly new in recent years to the area and has been a great addition providing a remote work space able well as study space for the community. I usually go through the drive through and I pop in here and there inside and take my meal to go. Today however, I was working remotely and was making phone calls and the music was on full blast! Weāre talking volume up so high you couldnāt even hear yourself thinking⦠I was doing important work and even messed up my work because the music messed up my focus and made me more anxious than the calm setting that it should be. I called in to provide my feedback. I do note that itās not the only Starbucks that does this high max volume music and Iām fed up I am going to start calling in to give my feedback. The staff should consider the ambiance in mind, itās not a club itās a workspace cafe.

This morning I was greeted by the usual smile. I drove away and began my breakfast with an Americans. The cream cheese tasted very sour. The date on the cream was fine but when I tried to call no answer. This is the part that bothered me.

A somewhat clean shop. The sleeping homeless guy outside was a little off putting, even when the manager walked right past him. Perhaps this is normal for this location. That aside, there is very little personality in the service. Almost like itās an inconvenience to have customers. Then it did take a good while to make our beverages, even though I was the only one in the store.

20 minutes for a simple cup of coffee, that's much you will wait. This is the worst Starbucks I've been to. It's faster to drive to the new one on Eastern and back because you'll still be waiting.
Why why why is the parking lot always full?!?!
Worst drive-thru experience they took so long to process people's items got stuck in the Drive-Thru over 20 minutes couldn't go nowhere or exit drive-thru I was forced to stay in the Drive-Thru just to get my item and because of that I was 45 minutes late to work in the morning
A lot of waiting for my order today... but the associates are kind and fast... courage everyone!
