This is my second time I do drive thru, My God idk who makes my drink but it’s the best Starbucks I’ve bought from any other place! I get the Iced white Mocha, sweet cream foam and extra caramel. Delicious!

Came in around 9pm, Drive thru was super slow! Finally get to the window and my order is ready to go. Loud music inside, staff needs to focus on customers. My coffee tasted watered down too. Night time crew needs more training.

I've gone to this Starbucks for some time now. Always get my orders correct and usually fast with orders depending on the time. Employees are nice and friendly. However, the manager or supervisor on duty that wears a white hat just gave me a bad vibe. It was during a morning rush and she spoke to the employee working outside very rudely in front of the whole store. I guess there was miscommunication and the manager on duty raised her voice and had a nasty attitude to the employee. It doesn't matter if you're above someone or not, everyone gets treated with respect.

This place is full of crap. There was horrible customer service from one of the workers. My mom tried asking the worker for our order and he said that he was busy. He did not even say it in a nice tone and when she tried asking again, he ignored her. He's a piece of crap and he really needs to learn some proper manners. My mom understood that they work hard but they also have to be nice and decent person to the customer. This is horrible service and I'm absolutely pissed off. The manager gave us a refund and my free cookie but I'm still absolutely pissed and we deserved our pumpkin spice latte. This place is so full of crap and they need to learn respect. I'm never going back to this place ever again.
