I ordered online,.... when I open my sandwich , first no toasted, no cheese, no cucumber, no tomato, in my order says with it .. you can see the receipt ... I'll never order online at this subway. Very disappointed

Bad service, I had two coupons, one for a 6" at $4.99 and another for 6" meal $6.99, the lady that helped me for some reason didn't want one of my coupons to be used. I ordered #11 and #15 subway club and Turkey Titan.The lady said that one of my coupons didn't work for the subway club, I argued that how could that be possible, and she said it just didn't.The coupons have in writing which sandwiches are excluded(does not mention subway club).I opted for not taking one of the sandwiches because I knew she was in the wrong.Went to another subway location to get one of the coupons rendered for the subway club, which it magically worked there with no problem.

I went yesterday afternoon and the women were more busy talking about their personal lives than helping me. I felt very uncomfortable because one of them was the manager who seemed to have a very bad character. They need to change employees.Dietary restrictions: I'm overweight

I will never ever order or go to this subway.?I placed an order before they closed on New Year's eve and I kept seeing the progress on my phone. When it said it was done I was there and the place was closed. I have called many times and as of today 1/21, I haven't got my money refunded. It is obvious I got charged for food I never received and I can't get the manager to do anything. I need to go higher up at this point. They do not deserve even one star. They are basically stealing from me.

No etiquette!!Walk in this morning no one greeted me nor to the customer that walk in after me. I stand where line starts I see an employee helping a customer prior to me. The other employee is finishing a mobile order makes eye contact yet never acknowledges me, when she is done with her mobile order she stand and looks at me does say what can I get you, nothing! I had to tell her are you ready for me?!! Horrible customer service sad to say they are wearing name tags so I can share theirs name but absolutely rude.

Came here and had an unfortunate experience. I ordered a sandwich with wheat bread and then asked if the bread has sesame in it. The lady responded with "I don't know" .. I didn't really know what to order from there.. they had an allergy menu but it wasn't downloading and they weren't informed. Don't come here if you have allergies they won't be able to tell you what's in their food.

Lidia, Ana, and José best customer service ever! I accidently got charged a 12 in and the manager told me to come back whenever and get another 6in. They are always super busy but always super nice! I love coming here! Thank you guys so much!
