My husband and I have visited this Winchell’s three times, and unfortunately, two out of the three experiences have been unpleasant — both involving the same woman working in the mornings. I didn’t catch her name, but she’s an older woman who’s usually at the front.
The first time, she didn’t want to take our order at the register. As soon as she saw us, she walked away, and we had to wait for someone else to help us. I brushed it off, thinking maybe it was just a misunderstanding. However, during our visit today, it became clear that she purposely avoids us for some reason.
We waited patiently in line for quite a while, but she kept looking at us and chose to help customers who arrived after us instead. It was uncomfortable and honestly disappointing. I’m not sure what the issue is, but no customer should be treated this way. We will not be coming back here!

I asked for a hot turkey avocado sandwich and the appearance looks soggy and nasty, and the whole place smells bleached and the food could be contaminated im afraid to come back again here are some pictures please make your own conclusions

Lousy customer service flies were in the donut 😞 Ask for a drink the lady said they didn't have it I was at the laundromat nextdoor so I went back to get change for $20 she was giving another person that drinks you told me she didn't have
The best staff, good treatment, respect, very good service, everything very delicious, the donuts mmmm, my favorites, although I live a little far away, I like to go to that address for the food and the staff, very attentive. Thank you, God bless you always.
