This is probably the best meal I have ever had and highly recommend coming. Had a jacket potato and it was the best I had in years.
By far the best chicken strips I have ever had!!! EVER! My husband RAVED about the pancakes and one other in our party had a "small" chef salad that looked awesome and it was huge! Warm, small town atmosphere that is frequented by the locals, and those fortunate enough to be traveling through the area. Not fancy on the outside or the inside, but don't let that stop you from eating here. We will definitely be adding this restaurant to our list when we are in the area.
THIS IS NO LONGER CHATTY KATHYS, IT IS CATHERINES!!
Good small town diner
Why have I never stopped in before? This place was awesome. The food portions are huge, the service super fast and friendly, and the prices very affordable. I will definitely be back.!!!!
Pretty good food. Cute setting, good service
This place is now Catherine's cafe. Good food friendly people
Clean diner, with typical diner food. Easy to spot from Hwy 299E. They can handle large groups too.

As always, great food and good conversation at Catherine's Cafe...
Yummy yummy yummy. That's all I got to say about this awesome restaurant. This lady is one heck of a good cook. Remind me of Mayberry everybody sitting around in the restaurant talking about things all the cops come around sit there and have coffee in the morning it's just a good old place to be.
Catherine's cafe is warm and friendly. The food is great, just like home cooked. We love her fried chicken the best. But every meal is delicious. The customers are like family. If you want to know what up, come to Catherine's cafe McArthur.
