I love South Quarters Cuisine!! They never fail to hit it out the park! On my first visit I purchased a slab of ribs ( fall off the bone tender), and a pound of the beef (juicy, tender, smoked to perfection). It was Love at First Bite!! Two weeks later I was back for another slab of ribs. My plan is to visit every two weeks. My boy told me about this spot, so I gave it a try. My expectations wasn't that high to be honest. If I can't see the grill I'm usually skeptical about it but boy I boy. It tasted hella good! Got the brisket and chicken with the red beans and rice with collard greens. ??? Didn't expect that at 10am. Give it a shot their menu is wide!
I had the brisket lunch combo with fried okra. Fantastic! Large portions for an excellent price. Brisket was hot and moist with a nice smokey flavor, very impressed. I'm normally not a bbq sauce fan but theirs is not overly sweet, it's got a more subtle flavor that compliments rather than overwhelms. Staff is incredibly polite and professional, great experience,, gonna be back often.
