I ended up ordering only two tacos and it took them 20 minutes and when I was looking at The McDonald’s it was packed so I went to Taco Bell because I was in a hurry and I use the kiosk cause I want to be fast. There was no one in the drive-through but after I ordered three people pulled up all three people got their food before I did. This place sucks

Food is disgusting probably the worse Taco Bell I’ve ever been too. Lazy workers, are always gossiping at the drive thru window. cheese was cold, and burrito was cold as well, this Taco Bell has been like this for YEARS! I have to drive to Delano for some Taco Bell.

So far this is the worst place in McFarland, I got some chalupas and I got soggy nasty, and rotten ones. There was 4 chalupas and 3 of them they were already old. I trowed the food away and I couldn’t contain because u was already in my way to
After I ordered, I asked for my drink and the employee just walked away for about 5 minutes and then finally gave me my drink. Other than that, food was great.

I was warned about this specific location always messing up on orders; however, I’ve given this place a four chances and they disappointed every time. The biggest complaint I was warned about was orders not being prepared correctly or missing items. Sadly, I have to say this was also my experience. I would skip this place and drive just a little north for a better experience.

Stopped here on a road trip and service was fast and friendly. The restroom was also very clean.

Location is understaffed, employees looked overworked. Didn't greet nor offer to help while waiting at the register. Acknowledgement would have been sufficient, but instead they would avert attention. The restrooms were also sketchy. Code only, no bolt lock. So the next person with the code could open the door if you're in there. They were relatively clean though, props.

Second, I accidentally placed an order at the wrong Taco Bell and called to cancel the order since on the app it does not let me cancel it. The person on the phone told me they can’t cancel it since it’s a mobile order and now I just lost $18 for nothing even though I did not get my food. This is extremely frustrating and I know for a fact I will never go to this Taco Bell location.
