After I ordered, I asked for my drink and the employee just walked away for about 5 minutes and then finally gave me my drink. Other than that, food was great.

I was warned about this specific location always messing up on orders; however, I’ve given this place a four chances and they disappointed every time. The biggest complaint I was warned about was orders not being prepared correctly or missing items. Sadly, I have to say this was also my experience. I would skip this place and drive just a little north for a better experience.

Location is understaffed, employees looked overworked.
Didn't greet nor offer to help while waiting at the register. Acknowledgement would have been sufficient, but instead they would avert attention.
The restrooms were also sketchy. Code only, no bolt lock. So the next person with the code could open the door if you're in there. They were relatively clean though, props.

Absolutely worst customer service I have ever experienced. So unprofessional and outright rude. First, they hung up on me when I was trying to talk to them. Second, I accidentally placed an order at the wrong Taco Bell and called to cancel the order since on the app it does not let me cancel it. The person on the phone told me they can’t cancel it since it’s a mobile order and now I just lost $18 for nothing even though I did not get my food. This is extremely frustrating and I know for a fact I will never go to this Taco Bell location.

?⚠️ The restroom ? locking system is very stupid. The employees will open the door with a card, they don't knock to see if someone is inside. I was doing #2 and the employee opened the door for a small girl to enter. I was wiping my end when the employee opened the door for the girl. Please don't use their restrooms, if you want to use them, tell a family member to block the door.
