The free bday whopper code was invalid and also took the survey for a free whopper and it was bs.staff members did not know what they were doing.

Apparently asking for light sauce means drowning it. Cold, stale fries, and soggy bun. Staff was nice but bad food.

First the bad:
- Frequently out of inexpensive items like whopper jrs. but never out of whoppers and fries ans onion rings.

- Slow by fast food standards during dinner peak hours (4 to 7 pm). Particularly bad if theres a line.

If your

The Good:
- Even when the food is off-time, Ive *never* had COLD food. The staff is trained to prep items like fries and ice cream LAST.

- The management always makes reasonable - if not generous - substitutions.

- The staff is never mistreated or overworked by management. I never had grumpy staff and sloppy burgers.

I wish I could give less stars their service was terrible lobby locked during business hrs no answer at drive thru had to drive to service window the didn't give all what I ordered just wrote on the bag out of the item didn't say anything didn't offer to substitute i had to drive back and ask them to substitute it and they didn't want to even do that

I am new to the area. Every single time that I have visited, they are always out of food, they don't have enough employees and the store is poorly managed. I have never been to a place that is that disorganized, rude and has a blatant disregard for customers. One time I came in and there was only one employee working the whole building. I was told that I would have to wait 20 minutes for food if I wanted any. I just recently visited and everything that I tried to order they said that they were out of. Then when I asked for a refund, they told me they didn't know how to give me one. It is crazy to see what this world is coming to. When I was younger this stuff would not fly. I don't know how the corporate office still allows them to be a franchise. I would definitely stay away from this place. Just think if they don't put effort into running the place properly, just think of what they are doing to your food. Stay away!

Poor management. They are regularly out of even common items like hamburgers. I think this must be a front for laundering money cause there is no way they can stay open like this.

Order though the app 930pm, the store cancelled the order at 10pm cause they closed

Update: Ordered though the app, ordered fiery stuff, almost all of it was out. Didn't get any chicken fingers, not even regular. Fiery sprite and frozen pink lemonade out. Coke replaced with sprite. The only reason I went with Burger King was the fiery and either the app doesn't update or the staff doesn't update based on product availability. Spent $85 total, could have spent half as much and actually gotten my order

I received 2 chicken fries mixed in with my mozzarella sticks, as a vegetarian I didn't appreciate the mix up :/ inconsistent food quality every time I come to this location.
