We went through the drive tonight. What a bad experience. We ordered 6 chicken sandwiches and two sprites. The chicken sandwiches were so old that I couldn't chew them. They were supposed to have cheese on them and none of them had any. I went with the receipt they took it and took the bag of chicken sandwiches back thru the window. They were gone two minutes and tried to say those were new what a waist of my money and all I wanted to do is have burger king food for dinner with what I had left with my SSI check.

I would give 0 stars if I could. Have always had horrible service at this location. Placed my order online. Waited in drive thru for 15 min. Then waited at the window for 5 min. Just to be told they where out of what I ordered. Then I get told I can't get a refund and have to choose something else. The get parked for another 6 min as numerous cars who ordered leave before me. This place should no longer be open.

Bad service!! Food over cooked (chicken sandwich) frequently our orders are missing something like Fry's, Sandwich, Etc. especially if you use the convenience of the drive through! That's a joke ? One morning at the drive through window...the Burger King employee poked her head out and said we can't take your order right now!? we're short on help! Our kitchen is a mess!!....I said you're open right? (YES)....One thing I noticed is in these small towns is no efficient work order ..ie: The grills and the kitchen should have been cleaned up the night before!! So opening on time the next morning is NO Problem!! Right!? And the $$$ price of food is ridiculously HIGHER!! That kind of AWFUL SERVICE and the cost doesn't change!! This is funny!! McDonald's ( employee) up the street, commented that several times customers have come in ..telling them how terrible the service is at Burger King .. imagine that ?100 percent of the responsibility is management.!!!!!

Staff was very apathetic and not pleasant. I waited 10 minutes for an order of fries. One of the female employees was not in uniform but "racy" street clothes. Her tight jeans were low cut in the back exposing 5 inches of her Fanny crack. I will never return there for food. I

A service dog was behind the counter during a staff meeting belong to a staff member, jumping up, putting paws on food prep counters. Also when we walked in this same service dog growled at my dad's small Chihuahua service dog.

Great staff always get my order right.Update on 11/13/23My son found some foil from where someone was smoking drugs in the bathroom. The time before there was a lady in the drive through yelling at an employ for free food and they gave her free food so she would leave and she kept on yelling at them until she dropped it all and then walked away when the police showed up. 2 weeks before that Me and my family were eating dinner and a homeless man came in stood in line for a minute than He sat down at the booth Beside us foaming at the mouth and muttering to himself and after a few minutes and after not ordering anything he stood and his bare butt cheeks was exposed. I know it's Burger King but come on I expect a little better. The foil in the toilet was the final strike for me. I will never go back.
