“First time going here, I got a taco salad was very good! Told a friend he went there and got a large enchilada supreme. He said it was delicious!!“

“The woman who manages the restaurant is a very hard worker and kind, it's obvious she's dedicated to the job. The dining area and restrooms
are always very clean there's a older gentleman who does a wonderful job keeping the place clean. Even when this restaurant gets very busy between the drive thru, curbside pickup and dine in customers they are able to complete orders in a reasonable amount of time and very seldom do they make mistakes on orders. Which I greatly appreciate because my order is pretty specific and I'm on a limited amount time during my lunch break. Anyone passing through the area and trying to decide whether to stop at the Arcata or McKinleyville location. I highly recommend stopping by this one to grab a bite to eat while driving through the area

“We hadn’t gone here in a long time because the sandwich quality left something to be desired but we decided to take a chance and I’m so glad we did!Wendy and Rose were absolutely killing it today!!Vicky is super nice but she can’t make a sandwich worth jack. It looks like a Dali painting when she’s done with it-Bottom line:make the sandwich like it was yours! I hope to continue to see Rose and Wendy at this store!“

“Friendly customer services. It is a little hard to order for some people due to the use of the order machine 😕. It's a little confusing 😕 that's why a lot of people rather use the drive 🚗 through. Just my opinion 🤷

Parking: Good , parking, unless you have a big line for the drive 🚗 through, but most drivers are very accommodating and respectful to others.“

- Frequently out of inexpensive items like whopper jrs. but never out of whoppers and fries ans onion rings.

- Slow by fast food standards during dinner peak hours (4 to 7 pm). Particularly bad if theres a line.

The Good:
- Even when the food is off-time, Ive *never* had COLD food. The staff is trained to prep items like fries and ice cream LAST.

- The management always makes reasonable - if not generous - substitutions.

- The staff is never mistreated or overworked by management. I never had grumpy staff and sloppy burgers.“

“I bought some chicken strips at different restaurant (think golden arches), and they were overly breaded, dense, difficult to chew, gave it to the dog. Tried the chicken tenders at Carl's Jr, and WOWZA!!!! Very Very fresh, moist, just extremely good--exactly what I would dream of with chicken tenders. supremely worth the price, and their french fries were so good! A MARVELOUS place to eat!“

“McDonald's is as basic as any other you have been too. The play place is great for the kids and I would always recommend using the app to get better prices/deals. Never pay full price and get free stuff. Bathrooms can be pretty bad at times so I tend to not use them. Wait time for food can be a little higher at this location but it's McDonald's everyone....you know the game. I'm lovin it!“
