Was waiting in customer service, I understand that when the employee are on shift change. I ended up going to the gas station, then went back to the store. Was still waiting when I got there. Which again I didn't mind, when they finally returned the lady was so rude. I keep saying not to rush , and was super polite. I know how big some people can be. She was like I had to move to the left which I did. I guess I didn't move far enough
I had to move behind the plexs glass. She could of said please stand behind the Plex glass. Then I said it would nice if there was a sign by customer service registers saying pleasing stand behind the Plex glass. Her response was there are signs all over the store. She had a super bad attitude. I think she should be more polite when enteracting with customers or retrained on her attitude.

I was looking for a unique item, and a young associate named Aidan asked if I was finding everything, then he found it for me! Very helpful, very nice young man. Check out staff and bagger were terrific. Highly recommended.

This morning (11/20/2018 10:50 Cashier Kammy - per receipt REF: 55001267036) as I was waiting in line to check out, the bag person,(an older woman with blond and red hair and a raspy voice) could not seem to contain her dislike of a customer who had just checked out. The young man in question seemed to have some communication issues and visually may have had substance abuse problems. After he left, the bag person felt it her obligation to talk about this troubled young man to the next customer as well as the cashier, and in a very disparaging and disrespectful manner. She felt compelled to speak about this customer TO EVERYONE ELSE IN LINE and explain 'what a loser' he was, how she goes to work everyday and why can't he, how he must be a drug addict and some other points that ALL seemed inappropriate and unprofessional. She may lack any self respect by compelling herself to degrade others, thats her choice. However I object to having an employee of yours talk about their customers is such a degrading way. I was only witness to this incident, however it has made me really feel bad for the unfortunate person who was obviously having issues. And to watch as this woman berated him TO OTHER CUSTOMERS IN LINE is unacceptable. And during Thanksgiving makes me even more disgusted! We should ALL have more compassion for people who are sick.
I can't say I won't shop at Safeway again, but since I have choices, I will definitely consider shopping at other more professional stores where the "help" doesn't talk about their customers the way this woman did.

Luv my Safeway when they keep products stocked & don't Double charge us for things ..(get home check the receipt & find all sorts of wrong stuff) 💚the $5 Veggies & stuff !!!!
