Go through the drive thru. Do NOT go into the establishment to order. I went in since the drive thru line was a little longer than usual. Not a single person inside when I went in. I ordered 2 vanilla lattes. Took 22 minutes to make 2 lattes that were ordered to be the exact same, only to receive one overly sweet one and one with no sweetener at all. Drive thru experience has always been fine at 4 to 5 stars. 0 stars for inside service.
I ordered my usual Italian roast pour over. Patrick was my first server. Went to use the restroom as pour overs usually take some time to make. Came back and it was ready. Pretty fast I thought. I smelled it and it didn't smell right. I then tasted it and it tasted lighter than an Italian roast. I asked Patrick if he just gave me the dark roast blend they have on drip and he said that he had the bag in hand and he can show me all day that he gave me what I ordered. I couldn't...
This semi- bad review is only for the fact that more often I have been getting my iced coffee with WAAYYYY too much ice in it. Today I got one and the entire thing is full of ice and I got about 4 sips out of before it was gone. I’ve tried asking for less ice and they just fill it with more creamer and it’s taste like a cup of creamer. Other than that though I really like this location. It’s very clean, the staff are always nice and friendly and I’ve never gotten a wrong...
