Broken/off game machines and rude service. We brought kids here for a birthday party and one of our kids put money in a machine that wasn't turned on. He's seven and didn't understand that it was off. They refused to refund the money and were extremely rude. Other games were broken and just ate the quarters. No accountability. Poor service. Come here if you want disappointed kids.

Rude lady, we waited in the front for a while and then decided to leave since it didn’t seem like anyone was working. When we went to leave she was rude and acted like we were in the wrong for leaving after waiting

Those of us who like to see a variety of flavors will like Sweet Spot. Not only do they do cones, cups, shakes, red bull infusions and other beverages, they also have a mini arcade room. Chairs and tables indoors for small functions like pizza parties or birthday parties. I love the flavors, waffle cone, chocolate peanut butter, birthday cake, and now, cotton candy!! And the cotton candy isn't a heavy sugary but instead a smooth creamy delight. Drop by and experience the various contents that will leave your inner child smiling.

A great place for ice cream, old fashioned floats, coffee drinks, cakes, brownies , and more. Even Better. It's located inside the same building as the " suds and duds" laundromat. So. You can do your laundry and quell your sweet tooth in one place. Enjoy.

I do really like this place and love bringing my niece here but...I do think they are a tiny bit pricey and they should get a quarter machine so we don't have to ask them to exchange for quarters to play the games. I like that they have some food items on the menu and not just ice cream (like bagels), the place is always really clean and the staff are friendly.

We have been dealing with these folks for over a year now on a weekly bases. My husband and I are older and very frustrated when we go there it's so hard to get all our laundry done because ware raising our 8 year old grandson and we get exhausted. But old or young employees they allways give a helping hand and help transfer clothes fold clothes or tangle the boy for us. They are great.

It’s a cute spot, and I come often because it’s a family owned business and I love to play pool and they’ve got a Pac-Man machine The people here are kind and the ice cream is good. I’m giving it a low rating simply because the people working are ALWAYS gone. Every time I’ve come I’ve had the same experience.. waiting to order food or to ask questions and the girl is never there. I have to sit for upwards of 15-20 minutes to talk to her and order food. One of the machines took my quarters and didn’t work, I waited to tell someone for 20 minutes before they came back. I’ve looked for them around the place and nothing. I’ve come with my little siblings a few times and more than once I’ve had to leave without icecream because no one was there! Just bad. They’re losing customers because of this. When someone is there the service is good though. Idk. I’m conflicted. Just talk to your employees about being available because it’s really not a good look
