My family and I have traveled to phelps since I was born and have enjoyed the delicious ice cream flavors and candy sometimes three times a day ! We have also spent many morning boating over from our cabin on North twin to grab some AMAZING doughnuts and watch the sunrise. This summer, during our annual fishing trip, we discovered that Sweat treats now has a hot dog stand !!! We visited many times and the hot dogs were Big and full of flavor. Visiting sweet treats is a must if you are ever in Phelps.

It is so nice to see something going on in Phelps. Wish some other things would open too! The ice cream is great. We love the Phelps-Conover Bike Trail and can’t wait for it to go all the way to the ice cream shop lot. I think they sometimes have donuts too. Would be great if they could do that year round.
