Drive through and delivery takes over an hour. Shouldn’t have to wait that long on fast food

Food is always reliable. The drive through can be a wait off it's a busy hour, but the staff is friendly and apologetic and even have is free taco coupons. Who doesn't love tacos. Especially free tacos.

New newer clean restaurant but the service is terrible. We were required to order by the kiosk and waited one hour and 10 minutes for the order. They served the drive thru line and others before us while we waited patiently for our order. Eventually they had to remake it.

Slowest Taco Bell I’ve ever been to by far. It wasn’t very busy, but after waiting 20 minutes for the single taco I ordered I canceled along with 4 other people waiting for their food.

I enjoy Taco Bell, but the wait time in the drive-thru at this newly rebuilt Taco Bell is incredibly slow. Just earlier, I got into the drive-thru at around 250am/3am. I was hoping to avoid the bar rush and thankfully, I rolled right up to the order box, with 1 car in front of me already at the window and 1 car behind me. However, I didn't get my food until 340am.
I just don't understand how it could take over 40 minutes to make "fast" food when you only have 2 cars that have ordered. I was hoping that this was an isolated incident, you know, employees called out and they're short staffed or something... however, reading everyone else's reviews on here makes me realize this is nothing new.
SLOW. You know that scene in Zootopia with the DMV sloths? That’s the speed that the employees go here. There’s nothing fast about this location. I have a kid that loves Taco Bell and ever since the remodel the service is terrible. It would in some cases be faster to drive to Taco Bell in Eureka to get food. You might even get back to McKinleyville faster than you get your food here.

Whoever manages this place is legitimately terrible at their job. The employees seem like they get little to no training and take a long time to make orders and often make mistakes as a result. If you're the manager and you happen to read this, please retire.

Only want twice and both times forgot to put items in the bag. That sucks. And they don't answer their phones so they don't care to make it right. Taco truck is much better and you get all the food you paid for
