I’ve had this item plenty of times before, and it’s usually solid. But what I got today looked like somebody dropped a tortilla in oil, slapped two scraps of steak and half an onion on it, and said “good enough.” Seriously did y’all run out of ingredients, or just run out of effort? This thing looked like a budget science project, not food. I wouldn’t be surprised if the cook was back there building a Lego set instead of paying attention. If I wanted disappointment on a plate, I’d just let my toddler “make dinner.”

It's Taco Bell but without the speed and convenience of Taco Bell. They deprioritize inside customers for drive thru, leaving delivery drivers waiting longer than even the inside orders.

My husband and i are on a road trip, and we just drove through the drive thru, and when we got to our campsite just now and opened the bag of food, it was completely the wrong order. Can’t stand when this happens. How hard could it be?? Double check your bag before you drive off. We usually do but we are so tired we just wanted to get back to camp. This is so irritating.

I had trouble ordering eith the app, it defaulted to Eureka, despite being in the McKinleyville parking lot. The worker was incredibly helpful, made my order there and called the Eureka store for me.

Employees are incredibly rude and then deny you your food after making it. Disgusting and dirty location that has cockroaches despite being renovated recently, you can see them skittering in and out of the kitchen late at night. Anyone who has spent any time in the drive-thru has literally seen mice walk between The ordering window and the kitchen. Taco Bell needs to shut down this location, we need better in McKinleyville
