I had trouble ordering eith the app, it defaulted to Eureka, despite being in the McKinleyville parking lot. The worker was incredibly helpful, made my order there and called the Eureka store for me.
Food is always reliable. The drive through can be a wait off it's a busy hour, but the staff is friendly and apologetic and even have is free taco coupons. Who doesn't love tacos. Especially free tacos.
Friendly customer services. It is a little hard to order for some people due to the use of the order machine 😕. It's a little confusing 😕 that's why a lot of people rather use the drive 🚗 through. Just my opinion 🤷
Parking: Good , parking, unless you have a big line for the drive 🚗 through, but most drivers are very accommodating and respectful to others.
