Mountain Mike's Pizza

It’s a sad day when the owner wont abide by her own words brought a pizza in. It had hardly any toppings on it and it was all cheese. I’m talking chunk on cheese when I brought the pizza back she even said this was unacceptable and she was going to show her crew this picture s not how we do it . we asked for our money back she said, would you be willing to take two pizzas for free on your next two orders instead of the money back we said sure but we only want you to make them she goes. I’m even gonna write it down on my book and what she did well two weeks ago we got our first pizza. We’re taking our kitchen apart and we need to eat out for the next few days. I said call her up and get the pizza when my husband called she said no no no I only said one pizza and my husband said no you said too so long story short We’re not getting our pizza and I will never go into your store again. Should stay should say establishment this is not the first time that I’ve had bad service, but this is the first time I’m writing about it. First time I took it with a grain of salt second time. I never got my Tuesday deal and you said you would make it up. You never did that either and that was brought up when we went in the third time so if you treat your patrons like this, I wonder how you treat your employees . Your word is your word. I’d expect this from the lower end and not having the authorization to do this but you did this is not how you treat your community.maybe look at your book also you said you wrote it in your book about us not receiving the 10%off of a Tuesday deal but you can’t remember what good is your book…..I am now responding to your response you want me to reach out to you and file a comaint form you are the one who did not keep your word

Himalayan pizza was awesome. I got the garlic sticks, I added onions and jalapeños and it was soooooo good. Food made with love! Very clean, friendly staff, and well run. Salad bar was great! Has vintage charm, gave me nostalgia. Cute spot to check out!

Sent via doordash normally MM is great. Tonight pizza was undercooked and goowy at bottom. Then chicken wings were only half pound instead of a pound and also odd tasting.

Also churros order forgot to have what was paid extra for, the sauce,in the box. SUPER DISAPPOINTING AND INEDIBLE!

Got my free personal pizza for the Sacramento Kings promotion. Staff was friendly enough. I'll be back if there are more promos.

Honestly, $30 for a large pizza is kinda crazy lol. I mean I got a Alfredo peperoni pizza and it was sick it wpild have been 4 stars because of the price but it had a great vibe and the worker was amazing even tho I didn't catch his name. I had no service on my phone put there so I wish they had free wifi

Not the same quality as it used to be. Im at the point now that i just order extra cheese and toppings because its rarely the correct amount or enough. Still great service though always friendly. Always quick. I've been a customer here from the day it was opened in the 80s by the Putkeys and always will be. Free wifi would be a welcome addition. They used to have it. Theres no service in town when waiting.
