I must have come in on an off day.. I’ve been told to come here and that I wouldn’t be disappointed. I walked in and stood waiting for 10 minutes alone in an empty building hearing the sounds of a dishwasher in the back I called out a few times and eventually a quiet young man came out and stared at me. No greeting just blank face stared at me. I ordered my food, off a sharpied out menu, got a receipt and went outside. It seems like they used to have more items but have since taken them off the menu. It has a cute outside aesthetic that was a bit confusing. There’s games scattered about in a random seeming order, a few covered tables, a few kids tables, and in the back a place for the people that want to be less than two feet away from multiple poisonous bug traps. My kids took a few bites and said they didn’t like the food. They got the only option for kids chopped meat over macaroni and cheese, one chicken and one brisket. (Update: tried to feed it to the dog when we got home she wouldn’t touch it) I ate half of my tri tip sandwich, it was cartilage and fat with a side of meat in between two pieces of bread in a puddle of slaw. The slaw was tasty, just very wet. I also got the side of beans, it has a bunch of diff beans in it and some pork; the beans tasted good.
Update: it’s been a few hours since we’ve eaten and we are all sick to our stomach. Not sure if it’s the food or not since this is the only change in our diet.

Wow is all I can say! Biasotti's BBQ catered our event, and everything was absolutely DELICIOUS. We had smoked beef and chicken, and four different salads. Love it ! This was our first visit to Biasotti and we thoroughly enjoyed it! The pulled pork sandwich was delicious. The pork was moist and full of flavor and the slaw that topped it was the perfect accompaniment. The tri-tip had a beautiful smoke ring with a nice bark, and it was also moist and full of flavor and to top it off the peach cobbler was excellent, peachy, buttery goodness! We shall be back!
