Absolutely one of the BEST we have here in Lake County. I have referred many people to them and they're also equally impressed with the quality of their wines, even family members who live in Napa had only positive remarks, which really thrilled me because even though I love them they're wine snobs. Nontypical Red by Shedhorn is a favorite of mine, but I haven't had anything by them that I didn't like. When you're in the Middletown area or anywhere in Lake County you must make it a point to visit their charming tasting room where you will be served by Bette a member of the Shedhorn family who is full of knowledge on Shedhorn.
