The food we ordered (salmon & rib) were delicious yet a little overcooked. This place is self-service style: you bring your food to table of your choice, and bus the trays to the kitchen window. You get your own water and drinks after paying upfront to the cashier. However, the receipt suggests you to choose either 15% or 20% tips, or you can enter your own amount. We found it’s an audacious asking for a restaurant with a minimal service to ask 15-20% tip.
