My shop has been with you for 25 years. The latest delivery is the last straw. Aside from your terrible customer service rep for my shop, your quality has gone completely downhill. You're also making your breads smaller. You also have the worst requirements for delivery dates.

Just delivered some liquid yeast to this location, very easy to get to, but was a bit confused where I should enter the property with my truck. Well it's pretty simple, just come into the main entrance where the gate is with the 'slow' caution signs. I was apprehensive about doing that because of all the employee cars parked there, but that's the way in.
