Came in to get breakfast with my family. The music was super loud and the girl behind the counter was a low-talker, so there were problems with communication off the bat. She told us there were no breakfast sandwiches, but what we later discovered after questioning further was that the sandwiches were frozen and she didn’t want to take the time to cook them. So my kids got pretzels - one was still cold and the other was overcoooked. My husband ordered a tropical açaí bowl, but instead got some berry thing with peanut butter and chocolate on top. We won’t be back.

Have visited many Jambas before, have never experienced this before. Spend almost $40 on a smoothie and 3 acai bowls that were not even halfway, especially the one that I said no granola. The girl that was at the counter seemed to be in a hurry, kept giving me my total when I was not done ordering.

This is all in regards to management. We had an order of 10-15 drinks on LABOR DAY weekend. The store associate was by herself taking orders and making drinks. WHY would staff leave ONE associate to run the entire shop over a HOLIDAY weekend??? Management please do better. The associate was very kind and respectful our entire experience. I hope she finds a workplace that will appreciate her and her skills.

Placed an order for 3 smoothies and 3 waffles. The smoothies made it but waffles didn’t. Tried calling the store multiple times and not once did anyone answer. I’m out of money for a product I did not receive. I will be disputing this with my bank ASAP

I was really craving a smoothie and the sign said open at 8am. Waited until 815 and still no one showed. Why have a sign that says open at 8 when no one is there at that time. So disappointing.
First visit helpful lady but didn't know how to make smoothies was very watery. Second visit unprofessional lady but does know how to make smoothie.

Only jamba open late.. Drove from Elsinore because my wife had cravings got there 45min before closing for the workers to tell me all the blenders overheated and they couldn't make no drinks. You guys sound like mcdonalds when they say the ice-cream machine is down because they cleaned it. So if your trying to get a late night smoothie don't bother driving to this one
