I am a Local service provider on my route I wanted to stop in and use the restroom at Starbucks One that I’ve been too many times I asked if I could use the restroom and she told me I couldn’t use the restroom unless I purchased something. I have been been to Starbucks 100 times or more in my lifetime from this incident. I’m assuming that this is a company policy. I will refuse to eat at Starbucks or drink anything from Starbucks ever again unless this is rectified absolutely unacceptable

I got 3 Trenta dragonfruit refreshers and the freeze dried strawberries appeared moldy, had to toss the drink out.

The customer service from this location is horrendous. They cater to the drive thru only and I walked in and they made me wait over 10 minutes & 4 people behind me until a male finally came over to take my order. My husband walked in behind me and asked for the code to the restroom, the rude female worker asked if he was going to purchase something before she gave it to him. I ordered our 2 drinks and the 3 employees continued to gossip about their personal life while they made the drive thru drinks first. I waited over 25 minutes at a dirty table because all the tables were empty yet dirty for two drinks… I think that’s absurd and unacceptable. I have never received such rude service and deliberately ignored at my other Starbucks before. I hope management does something about the rude understaffed employees at this location!

I was so disappointed by staff when I came in. Everything went well until I was waiting for my order and my child was being fussy. I kindly asked if I could get a cake pop in the meantime I wait for the rest of my order and the guy with curly hair rudely told me that they were busy. I understand completely being busy but they saw me struggling and it’s not like he’s making the cake pop from scratch…. It would have taken like 30 seconds to just give me the cake pop. very disappointed. Do better at choosing staff

When standing at the counter waiting to order, I shouldn't have to flag down the staff not doing anything but talking to each other about what they are doing this weekend. News flash, I don't care, I just want a coffee.

Came in for a coffee after a long drive to work in this area. It's my first time in this particular starbucks. I needed the restroom and was surprised that I needed a code to access it. So I go to the front and asked for the code and the girl working tells me that it's only for paying customers and asked if I was going to buy anything. I told her " yes but can I use the restroom first?"
She then hesitantly gave me the code. I ended up getting a drink after I used the restroom because that's what I was there for besides the restroom, however, that little interaction I had with this young lady really made me think twice before purchasing this drink here.

Y'all need to use less ice! If there's product left over in the blender, it means you used too much ice. That means I'm not getting what I paid for... I'm getting less coffee.... watered down coffee. I don't know why I keep giving you guys a chance, you're constantly disappointing.

Appearantly there is a new policy that they only provide water with with purchase ok whatever but they were very ugly and nasty when they informed me of their funky new policy. So customer service not so great.

The lady Erica was rude to me I wanted to use the restroom before my order and she made me purchase something first to give me the code to us the restroom. I was in a long drive needed to use restroom first but she lady said it was for customers only and I was going to buy something but needed to go so bad. Then before I could buy something I still had to wait for her to be done with the order she was making. That is so not right 😕

I usually don’t leave bad reviews. But this time I felt very disappointed with the service. The lady at the drive through was rude and sounded very annoyed. I asked for extra caramel on my drink around the cup and this is what was given to me. When I asked if they can add some more the lady at the window drenched caramel on top of the drink. Sad to say it’s not the first time I experience something like this at these location.

This location has been slacking for a while. Customer service sucks as well….. you can’t even bring nothing to their attention because they right away, have an attitude towards the customer for no given reason…. they acting like the coffee is for free.!!

My husband picked up some drinks today and while taking a drink found some plastic in our drinks try to ignore it but took another drink and there was more. been trying to call but nobody answers and don’t have time to go back today
