Came in for a coffee after a long drive to work in this area. It's my first time in this particular starbucks. I needed the restroom and was surprised that I needed a code to access it. So I go to the front and asked for the code and the girl working tells me that it's only for paying customers and asked if I was going to buy anything. I told her " yes but can I use the restroom first?" She then hesitantly gave me the code. I ended up getting a drink after I used the restroom because that's what I was there for besides the restroom, however, that little interaction I had with this young lady really made me think twice before purchasing this drink here.

Frappuccinos: Y'all need to use less ice! If there's product left over in the blender, it means you used too much ice. That means I'm not getting what I paid for... I'm getting less coffee.... watered down coffee. I don't know why I keep giving you guys a chance, you're constantly disappointing.

Appearantly there is a new policy that they only provide water with with purchase ok whatever but they were very ugly and nasty when they informed me of their funky new policy. So customer service not so great.

The lady Erica was rude to me I wanted to use the restroom before my order and she made me purchase something first to give me the code to us the restroom. I was in a long drive needed to use restroom first but she lady said it was for customers only and I was going to buy something but needed to go so bad. Then before I could buy something I still had to wait for her to be done with the order she was making. That is so not right 😕

I usually don’t leave bad reviews. But this time I felt very disappointed with the service. The lady at the drive through was rude and sounded very annoyed. I asked for extra caramel on my drink around the cup and this is what was given to me. When I asked if they can add some more the lady at the window drenched caramel on top of the drink. Sad to say it’s not the first time I experience something like this at these location.

This location has been slacking for a while. Customer service sucks as well….. you can’t even bring nothing to their attention because they right away, have an attitude towards the customer for no given reason…. they acting like the coffee is for free.!!

My husband picked up some drinks today and while taking a drink found some plastic in our drinks try to ignore it but took another drink and there was more. been trying to call but nobody answers and don’t have time to go back today

Only 3 stars because I know this isn't their fault and customer service was good. I just love how prices go up and quality goes down . I'm not one to complain but just bugged me. Maybe it was the sandwich I got ( bacon goudaand egg sandwich) it had next to none gouda and the smallest lil piece of bacon . All for $5.45 .

I'm very upset! Yesterday a racist guy served us! He looked at my mother, my daughter and me with contempt! My daughter looked into the hallway where he takes the order and shouted at my daughter in a loud tone to get out! I wasn't even inside where he intended to say, I jumped out with a look full of hate and full of racism, I felt heartbroken and with a lump in my throat! my daughter has. Only 3 years! and he did it because of racism! Maybe if I was a girl he liked he wouldn't have done it, I wasn't on par with people like him! I didn't say anything, I just watched him, I decided to call Starbucks directly and hope they get his attention! I did not go to order free drinks, my daughter loves the chocolate frappe and the refresher, so I visit the Starbucks store more and buy daily. He lost a client, he must take care of and value each client, since thank you all People of any race or color, he has that job.

I’ve come here a 1000 times every time the drink is disgusting this is the only place by my house. When I have the time I will drive down the steeet to the other ones and every time the drink is made better smh

This Starbucks has trash customer service. And they put cow milk in my mom’s drink when that’s not even part of the ingredients. The drink that was ordered was the lavender oat milk late. The cows milk that they decided to use, of course did not agree with my mom’s stomach. The experience was just trash. Y’all gotta do better.
