This Starbucks has trash customer service. And they put cow milk in my mom’s drink when that’s not even part of the ingredients. The drink that was ordered was the lavender oat milk late. The cows milk that they decided to use, of course did not agree with my mom’s stomach. The experience was just trash. Y’all gotta do better.

I ordered 2 drinks with extra caramel drizzle. The girl said her mic cut out in the drive thru so please say it again.. I did. She cut me off an said OK just the 2 drinks got it! I roll up to window get 1 drink(with no drizzle... i let it slide) ... wait 5 mins they bring me the second drizzle drink without the drizzle... I asked for drizzle & they fillled the bubble lid with caramel. An I said can you make it look like a normal drink please... they came back with barely any drizzle on the cup. I ordered extra caramel drizzle. An the guy even was skeptical as he was handing it to me. I said it doesn't normally look that... an he didn't have anything to say so I pulled away. Lol great for a 6$ drink. Didn't even get what we wanted.... ntm my Caffe Frap tastes like I got 1 spoonful of coffee...

This location is great during the day, but don't go there at night. The staff is incompetent. I am the only person waiting inside to order, and there's only 1 car in the drive-thru. There are 4 people working here looking around like they are lost. Standing here 2 minutes and not even having anyone acknowledge or say we will be with you in a minute. Nothing at all. Get it together. Acknowledge your customers at the very least.

The morning shift on October 6,2023 were completely rude. The girl with the red hair was the rudest and on top of that she couldn’t even get my order right & would laugh when I would try ordering my 4 drinks and 1 cookie. It wasn’t that hard or that funny ?.

It’s a well kept place, I just pick up an Expresso shot when I am in a hurry and didn’t have time to make my own coffee.
