Service is excellent! Maya was our server and was very attentive. The steak was cooked perfectly medium rare. All the wines you might like are there. Great camaraderie in a local establishment on the Avenue of the Giants.

What a fabulous place.... Out of the way gem. Local beers and wine.... Talk about great service! The food was above and beyond fantastic.... Fresh salad and excellent shrimp app. The star of the show was the ribeye, I was sceptical... Totally exceeded my expectations...perfectly cooked, seasoned and melt in your mouth tender. Just WOW! Going back today for Shrimp Scampi. BTW stay across the street at Miranda Gardens..... Wonderful cabins and a step back in time to a more relaxing pace.

The food here is INSANELY good. The steak was HUGE, cooked to perfection and absolutely delicious. If gas wasn't so expensive I'd drive from the Bay Area just to eat here. If you're in the area please do yourself a favor and eat here. Soooooo goooooood!

This is a great place for a nice dinner! My husband always gets his steak cooked to order (as rare as possible) and I always enjoy the scrimp scampi or pasta primavera add shrimp. The tots side is large and tasty. Oysters are always flavorful and delicious. Nice beer and wine selection. Serve is great. We've been here a handful of times and never disappointed.

Loved this place! I had the Catfish and Garlic Parmesan Tots. My partner had Shrimp Scampi and pasta. We had plenty to eat and left there full. They have a bar that is fully stocked too.

Came in here to grab some food for the family and I got it to go. The servers were all really nice and the menu was really plentiful. The food stayed warm all the way back to our Airbnb. The steak was delicious. The burger was marvelous and the fries oh the fries. They were so yummy. Definitely recommend this spot if you're looking for a nice place to eat. Family friendly. Great that you can get food to go. Definitely a must

Everything is really good, but the ribeye is probably the best in the county.. real quaint homey atmosphere to boot!

We had a wonderful time ! Was there to celebrate our 23rd anniversary. I was stationed just off the Avenue of the giants in 1988 when I was served in the CCC so it had been a while since I'd been there. The food was excellent and plenty of it, and the cappuccino had me jabberin' like a monkey in a tree ! The suite in the a frame is of CAMPING quality, meaning if you're looking for the RITZ-CARLTON then you better stay in Frisco. But if you're a woodsy person like we are this the place for you. They have 3 different ways to study; tent camping, trailer/RV camping and the A frame suites.
