I don't understand how this place stays in business, 2.5 hour line to pick up my pie. As soon as I got inside, finally I realized what the problem was. One register not enough people helping. No information at all until you walk inside. This place is in huge need of a remodel. I used to eat here, not anymore. They do gave good pies. Sewage smell outside on the south side of building close to entrance.

We were not only making a huge line but while In line we saw all the boxes of pre made pies. Definitely not fresh. It used to be different but the piles of boxes of pumpkin and apple pies it’s clear it’s Definitely not worth the price and the line. Look elsewhere for your Thanksgiving pies.

So they did pre orders for their pies online thru their website, I get here and they tell me that those pre orders were not done by them. Then tell me that my order isn't a guarantee for me to get the pies I ordered. Then they proceed to tell me to get in line with the rest of the public. Thanks for ruining my Thanksgiving.

Good food but seen on their page that hours are Mon-Sun and Christmas 8am-8pm 🫤 hope that not true and they actually give back to their employees so they don’t have to work hours ment to spend with family.

Very limited staff today
Sat down for dine in but changed to takeout as wait time impeded getting to another place on time.
