Horrible customer service cashiers Sandra are not knowledgeable of menu. Very rude and the employees in the back are even worst. First time I’ve felt with such rude employees. The guy in the back does not belong in a place like this.

If you're just grabbing donuts that have already been prepared and waiting for you, that's great! However, if you want to order anything else, especially a food item that requires preparation, be prepared to wait...a long time!

This Dunkin has become a regular coffee spot for me because it’s in a good location, parking is easy, and I appreciate always seeing the staff put in the extra work to decorate for the holidays / seasons.

I love donuts so when work had these on the table I was excited to try. No no no no no. This ain't it. These are just sugar like in one bite I had a mouth full of sugar. And that's supposed to be for breakfast????? Now I love sweets but this????? You must have no taste buds. I threw it away. Legit IDK how people eat here. For real for real. No thank you.

Very bad service #1 they take very long #2 ordered 2 ice coffees only got 1 #3 also ordered a coffee muffin went home and the muffin was not in the bag. Had to drive bag the the store in mission hills on Sepulveda. They would not help I will not be going back (store355923)

I purchased the new Brown sugar shaken espresso drink. It was good, but it was literally 85% ice. If you order this ask for light ice if they won't do that go somewhere where they don't charge you $8 for and iced drink

Used to love coming here every Saturday morning with my mom but This Saturday I had to wait a very long time for my drink to come just to be disappointed. I believe the person that made my drink was a tall guy who had a white polo t-shirt. Went back again to address my concerns on the drink and did receive a new drink. Better costumer service the 2nd time around.
