Walked in with my wife and 3 yrs old grandson which he was crying , so my wife turned around to go back to car so I order a my food apon receiving my sandwich I ask the young man if I could have a free cookie for my grandson ( THEY HAVE IT POSTED FREE COOKIES FOR KIDS ) he told NO . The kid has to be in the store ....he fn literally saw him and heard him 3mins earlier ....i will never tip again in this location because of this young man ...i just migth stop coming to this location .bad customer service ......

This isn't for an apology nor any free sandwich. The service here, everytime I come, regardless if I tip or not is off. I keep in mind they're busy and I'm respectful and yet I'm always left feeling like I did something wrong. I've ordered a hot chipotle chicken, gotten to work and see they made me a buffalo sandwich. When waiting for my name to be called, I've been called by the male version of my name. Other times, I get nasty side eyes when I'm not rushing them at all. And when I order a regular size, I've received it not cut in half more than once, regardless if it's a cold sandwich or not. Everyday is a new day to change for the better. Each time I go, I go in hoping for a better experience. Today was no different and today I got the same experience. I don't take pictures to document each bad experience because I don't want to focus on all of them but they do happen and they tend to happen a lot here. Please try and do better with your service. The food is expensive as it is already for us working people.

I ordered the catering box the day before Super Bowl Sunday. Everything was ready the next day as promised without any problems! Sandwiches were packed neatly and fresh! Would highly recommend!

Due to a severe lack of other sandwich options in the North Valley, this business gets my business on occasion, when I'm not at the 2 Italian options nearby.

Placed a large order for delivery on Sunday. I expected and planned for the order to be completed; however, on Monday morning called and said,”Nope, can’t fill your order.” Asked if the order could be transferred to another restaurant—nope. Not even willing to call to help! Yikes! Just sayin…won’t call or visit them.

I stopped by this Jersey Mike subs to finally use my tmobile Tuesday deal on the reward points. I ordered from the app and went with the #8 Club Sub regular size. Everything was good when the item was in the cart then I applied my rewards point on the order. When it was time to check out, I saw that they charge a fee for a bag. I tried to remove it but it never went away so I had to pay the small bag fee on my order. I arrived early to the store since I was in the area but my food wasn't ready until the actual pickup time. The inside of the store is nice and quiet. I waited like 10 minutes for my food to be ready. I thought my sandwich was a bit salty so I didn't really enjoy it. I don't often eat Jersey Mike's Sub but I wanted to use the reward points and try it out.

I hope the owner of this restaurant pays attentions to this review. I'm really disappointed right now. I always come here to get sandwiches and I usually I have an alright experience, no the best but not the worst. But today was my final straw because the employees here are very unhygienic, I have let is pass before but now I'm mad. They put random containers that you know are definitely not washed on top of the sandwich making tray, they don't even put a paper down at least. Secondly, the employees service was really bad, they're always mad and give such attitude. I admit that english isn't my first language, so the fact they the employee made fun of my accent didn't sit right with me. She kept mocking me and saying "huh huh huh." And she acted as if I couldn't afford a 10 cents bag, when I asked for one. Overall it was a pretty bad experience for me.
