I ordered online they had a special spend 10$ get a free kfc box for fight night. I place my order and get my food no problem, I then erroneously thought there was 5 or 6 piece nuggets to my order, I did not know this at the time so head back to kfc and i explain to the lady what I thought. She is Instantly combative,before verifying my name she tells me I ordered at another kfc, after I finally convince her I ordered there, she takes my name. she gets the tablet and again tells me I didn't order there, I again convince her and she finally finds my name and my order and tells me very rudely that nuggets don't come with the order, i reply, if I can find the order on my app and the nuggets that are missing can I come back another day, prove it and get the nuggets that day, again very rudely she says no! I then ask for the managers number and again very rudely denies my request, I let her know exactly what I thought about her 😀 I ordered here at least every Tuesday and maybe 1 other time every week, I will no longer patronize this establishment.

My first KFC experience in the U.S. is ruined. The top rated(4.1 currently) KFC store among those like, dozens around here, serve fried chicken with a fried FLY underneath. Soggy and salty chicken was just as I thought it would be. (What an accurate public assessment these days.) I saw the human size deal promotion poster next to the counter and ordered $7 deal menu, but they charged me $8.99($9.87 including tax). They should've told me whether the limited time deal was over or the store goes with different prices. But first, should've gotten rid of that damn poster. Anyway, the 4.1 rated store serves a FLY, so I don't even know what I'll get from others.

I stopped by this KFC location today to use my T-Mobile Tuesday code on the tenders and fries. I placed my order through the KFC mobile app because the website didn't work for me. I got a large Mac and cheese, 3 piece tender with the KFC sauce and comeback sauce and fries to complete my order.
When I arrived at the place, I was the first customer there and they were just about to open. This store location isn't in the best of area and the parking lot isn't good either. When I walked inside of the place, the lady who open up just stayed in the back and was helping just the drive thru. So my order wasn't ready at the time I selected and had to wait even longer.
It wasn't until another worker walked in and she started to help another customer first who was there to place an order. After she finish with him then she checked on my online order. They didn't even have to make the food, they just had to place it in a box and that was it. So I wasn't happy that I had to wait longer just because of the bad service here.
The chicken tenders and fries were okay and the Mac and cheese was fine to me. It's not something I would come for occasionally, the last time I been to a KFC was like years ago. I'm not planning on coming to this location again.

They are always nice. the Chicken is fresh, not like some locations. Quick service, prices are getting high but they are everywhere. Maggie is the best!!! such a nice lady.

Was excited to try the new original recipe strips but they were a bit salty to be frank but delicious 😋 the pot pie still my favorite. I drive farther to come to this KFC because the food is just better.
