Best McDonald’s in the valley. Freshest fries and fast service. Everything they serve is hot/fresh 🤤. There’s 3 McDonald’s closer to my house But I always come to this one. Worth it

Absolutely recommend this McDonald’s to anyone. They have a great atmosphere. The managers here are amazing. The one that I talked to her name was Ana and she helped me out so well today I had a very bad experience with another McDonald’s on Van Nuys I was told I would be able to switch out a toy if I bought the happy meal because they had ran out of the hello Kitty toys and so I kept the box I kept the toy inside the box I did not destroy any of the box and then they weren’t able Switch it out like they promised so I ended up calling this location and Ana had told me to come in so she can make it right and switch out the toy for me! 10/10 recommend coming to this location for your next McDonald’s visit!

The food is never fresh my quarter pounder was cold my fries where hard and the happy meals nuggets where cold the cheese burger was missing cheese all the happy meal fries where cold the big Mac was missing sauce not sure what's happening here we always choose McDonald's for the fries but it's not worth the money I be taking my business to buger king

I went in to grab a $5 breakfast deal McGriddle and L Ice Coffee, the kiosk scans my code, let's me select what I want, let's me view my order, but doesn’t display button to pay when I'm ready to insert my debit/credit card. The kiosks are unstrategically placed near the entrance which is far from the cashier instead of being conveniently close by the cash register so the cashier can quickly help teach the customer how to make the payment. I go to the cash register, the cashier enters my code and rings me up for something completely different and more expensive than what I originally tried to order on the kiosk. I ended up leaving frustrated and upset since I was rushing in and out, not here to play the waiting game. The architectural design of the kiosks are blatantly stupid, and an employee should be stationed by the kiosks further away from the cash register in order to help customers entering in a rush to order and pay quickly!

I liked coming to this McD. The workers are all nice and provide good customer service.

The food is always fresh and hot. The lines in drive thru are always long but they try to move it along.

The place has a playplace for kids. The parking area is tight but has parking spaces. Has 2 drive thru speakers. Would definetly come back.

The store seemed to be getting there lunch rush, but the wait for inside pick up was only like 6 minutes and the drive thru seemed to be moving fast. The food was super fresh and crispy and they didn’t skimp out on the fries. One of the workers opened the door for me which was really nice. And another worker named Jania I think was very nice, and welcoming at the register.
