Menchie's Frozen yogurt is a great treat. I like that it has no preservatives and no additives. It has a great variety of flavors. I'm so glad I found a good frozen yogurt place. I also love the friendly staff.
the lady who assisted us gave bad service
Two thumbs up 👍 👌 👏...
Something was off about the consistency of the soft serve. Maybe it was a bit melted from the machine. However, the vast amount of toppings made up for it a bit.
I stopped by this Menchies with my wife this afternoon after eating at a restaurant nearby. I wanted to try their frozen yogurt so that's why we came here. I never been to a Menchies but have been to another similar store. When we walked inside, there was no other customers there and a wonder came out from the back. I told her it was my first time so she just told me about how the process work and their smoothies menu if I wanted that. Her name was Michelle and she was very helpful throughout my experience here. They let you try the sample in a small plastic cup before you fill your cup with it. I stayed safe with the vanilla since no other flavors stood out to me. I put some kit kat chocolate as my topping. I didn't get that much frozen yogurt and didn't add too much kit kat. The price was basically almost the same as buying a chocolate bar at a grocery store. I thought the frozen yogurt is alright but not really my go to dessert.

I'm actually surprised they haven't been shut down by the health dept. This place ìs consuistent.Every time for the past 5 or 6 times I've gone in there the frozen yogurt machines spit out goop. What's goop?Liquidy, drippy, even less tha. Slushy not frozen yogurt. When I've complained to the mgr, he's shugged his shoulders and said "That's the way these machines work. We've ad them fixed and they keep doing that."Also, mgr is a bit of a dummy. He never smiles. He clogs around the store like he doesn't want to be there,..And the kids that work there are pretty dumb. Even for high school kids.My prediction is that this shop will be out of business by summertime 2024.

Great service, clean stations, clearly labeled toppings, very helpful staff helps walkthrough if needed.
Cute little place for kids and adults to spoil their bellies with sweet yogurt with fresh berries.
I liked it, strawberry flavor just the right amount of sweetness. added a little bit of bursting tapioca/boba to complete the toppings, WoW.
I opened the door to go in with my service dog and the rotund employee there immediately and very rudely told me I could not go inside. I promptly left and will not return. This location will not get my business and I'd like people to know they are not ADA compliant
This place is always clean. Even their bathrooms. Friendly service. Each time we go, it’s not too crowded. Best one I’ve been to in the valley.
