Employees very rude and unprofessional. 3 of them seemed to be in love with each other; grabbing each other's bottom behind the counter. Disgusting to watch. Never coming back.

Nancy , the cashier at around 745pm 8/23/2025 just turned her back after the customer ahead of me finished ordering/ paying. And there were just 2 of us in line, I'm next to pay and pick up my phone order.
She pretended to wait for ready order and went to the back.

Ono Hawaiian BBQ has the best macaroni salad I’ve ever had. The atmosphere isn’t great but other than that it’s really good.

Just picked up my food right now at 8:22. The girl that works there is super rude for no reason she gives you this face and hand you your food and looks away. Didn’t even make a question for anything. I simply went to go get my food that was ready and was gonna pay for it. That’s all

Some bomb chicken BBQ. My fav is the macaroni salad. Always delicious. Very friendly staff. Ill definitely come back.

I ordered two short rib plates with vegetables on the side... What i got was 2 plates with no veggies on the side.. No vegetables at all!! I received 2 plates with no vegetables.. One of my plates had 2 in a half ribs!! I don't know what happened to my rib?! I think someone ate my rib in the back... Because the half of rib looked like some one pulled my meat off... I have been to ono Hawaiian bbq before... I know it should be 3 short ribs 2 scoops of rice mac salad and vegetables... Not two in a half ribs and 2 scoops of rice and mac salad... This is crazy!!!! You can't get no one to do they job!!! They charged me 37.21 for some bullshit!!!! I got receipt!!!
