Giving a generous three stars since my last visit wasn't that good trying to redeem free cheese stick bread. All the times were fine but after my last visit I'll be getting my pizza from somewhere else.

Ordered a large pepperoni, onion and mushroom pizza. It probably had 8 pieces of pepperoni very very little onion, mushrooms and cheese was light. First and last time ever to get a pizza from Papa Johns.

My husband ordered under Postmates. I arrived for pick up under his name and denied the order. The employee refused to look at the order number on my cell and said there was nothing under that name. Horrible customer service. Had to call corporate office to have pizza picked up by my husband. When he picked up they still gave him attitude. Incompetent employees and management.

Never received my order. Manager hung up on me & never called back.

This is the second time I ordered online and they called right before pick up time to tell me the online order is being canceled. The first time I was annoyed but let it go. But this time, it is my son's 5th birthday and his classmates are waiting for the party food. I am extremely annoyed at this place. The person called and said they couldn't get a hold of the local store and said IVR code many times thay said the store was closed. Don't call me before the order time and tell me you called the store many times when the store opens at 11 (and you call me at 11). Of course they aren't going to answer you! If you can't accept pre-orders then don't have it as an option. I expect more from a big business like this. Very disappointed.

I ordered two pizza’s from this location and it stated it was delivered and they delivered to the wrong address. They refused to refund me or give me another pizza

I ordered a Shaq a Roni it is supposed to have extra cheese and extra pepperonis it was just a regular pepperoni and cheese pizza nothing extra about it. And it's only supposed to be $12.99 and they charge me $18.99 The only thing good about this order is I have Amazon Prime and GrubHub delivers for free.

This place is great. There was a discrepancy with my order, and the manager Kenny or Kinny, I don’t know how to spell it, was very polite and fixed it right away. I was very grateful as it may have been my mistake in ordering. There was no argument, just a polite lady that agreed to fix it. Things like this keep people coming back, I know I will. This place has top notch service and top notch food. Thanks
