I purchased four large coffee carry outs. I placed the order 2 weeks prior to pick and was a bit worried for I tried calling the location several times the day prior to confirm the order, and no one answered. Well, on the day of pick up, I arrived 20 minutes early, and I suppose it was because I was wearing a suit, the barista that geeted me knew exactly what the order was and that it would be on time. Then, he helped me carry the coffee, milk, cups, and sugar to my car. Just great.

I stopped by here today so my wife can get her Starbuck drink. I never been to this Starbucks location before but I had a good experience. Just be aware that you can't enter from Sepulveda because they blocked it off for only exiting. So you'll have to enter from San Fernando Mission. My wife placed her order through the Starbucks app. She got the Peach Green Tea lemonade. I parked and went inside the place to pick it up. They weren't as busy so they had parking and not many people inside. They also have outdoor seating here as well. Our drinks was ready when we arrived and my wife loved her drink.
Vegetarian options: There some healthy snacks here or food.
Parking: There some parking spots here in the small lot this Starbucks is in but also street parking as well.
Kid-friendliness: This place is kid friendly
Wheelchair accessibility: This place is wheelchair accessible

Unlike other Starbucks, this one puts covers over their electrical outlets. Why? Do you not like people to study/ browse the internet that you provide? Taking my money to a different location. I walked in and a guy was sitting down with his backpack. He saw me looking for the outlet and said “ I already tried looking, this one sucks!”

I've always been a Starbuck addict especially after working there I'm leaving a review to let people know that downloading the app is totally worth it they give out a lot of freebies a welcome freebie and the star program is worth it for anyone who frequents Starbucks. My fave drinks are the white mocha, soy chai latte and a light iced venti soy 3scoop 3 pump vanilla latte latte. Oh and the vanilla bean frappe with a shot of espresso.

I was disappointed that my drink was out of season, but Rachel B helped me & quickly found a similar drink. Unfortunately great customer service is rare. Her smile and positive attitude helped an ugly situation turn around. Rachel was amazing!
