This is my favorite Starbucks, hands down! Nick, Daniel and all the staff there is AMAZING. Super sweet and helpful!

I hate doing bad reviews, I work down the street and spend an extra $10 dollars on uber eats to save me time from getting off my desk. This is the second time I order an ICED DRINK and the driver(not his fault) brings me a (HOT DRINK, which I never drink coffee hot, personal preference) it should not be hard to read the order throughly.
Carol bring me a great service for me and my family and she is very informed about the new menu options and recommendations and thank you for be kind and you excellent job

After waiting 30 mins in line, I ordered my usual quad shot venti iced caramel macchiato via thru drive. I had to come back and go inside asking for an additional shot of espresso since the coloring didn’t match at all. Don’t come here unless you want your drink made incorrectly twice.

I waited patiently for 4 hrs and a half for the merch release, I was the 5th waiting to be told they were SOLD OUT of everything. Upon paying at the Window for coffee, Michelle Manager sells 2 glass Bears to a walk in. I asked her why that wasn’t fair and her proffesional response was “Sorry first come first serve” I said been waiting since midnight to be told sold out being the 5th in line too see what I wanted sold in front of me to walk in, and she stated “I wish I had a police officer to help me here” extremely unprofessional and lied to my face, now I know it’s not worth waiting when there’s personal preferences.

I've never been inside, just used the drive-thru. Parking can be tricky and even chaotic during peak drive-thru times, but otherwise the staff here have been friendly and they hustle when it gets packed. All of the food and drinks that I've purchased at this location have been made well. 😊👍

My rating is for orders placed through Uber Eats. For some reason whenever I try to order any drinks for Starbucks they never make them right. This is getting very frustrating as a customer you expect what you pay for. Seems Starbucks doesn’t care how they represent their drinks if there ordered for delivery. Always receive drinks filled only 75% and made incorrectly. They need to train their employees better and to pay attention when preparing the drinks. I order cold and get hot ! I would give the 0 stars horrible

My issue is not with Uber Eats. My issue is with Starbucks employees not getting the order correctly!
Why refer a customer to Uber Eats when the problem is clearly the Baristas not getting or doing the drinks correctly.

We were in the drive thru line for 20 min idk if they were short staffed that day but shouldn’t take that long especially with they have a timer on the drive thru line.
Drive through arrows go against common right of away and normal driving rules. Don’t like being told I’m not supposed to merge when there are green arrows merging.
Other than that consonant coffee and give my cat pup cups.
