We have gone many times and we are usually in a hurry so we order online and they make mistakes with the drink! We order pink drink with no I inclusions with mocha foam.. they give us vanilla foam? today was just a bigger mistake the drink was totally wrong and no time to complain and wait for another one!! They are not paying attention to our order!!! So frustrating!!

This is not my regular Starbucks, but I have to say that despite what a handful of reviewers say, this Starbucks is quite good. The drinks and food are standard - nothing special, but also no mistakes or poorly made items. The staff are excellent and friendly, providing great service. My only quibble with this location is the parking lot seems a bit small and awkward.Vegetarian options: There are plenty of vegetarian options on the menu.Parking: The parking lot here is both kind of awkward and cramped. There isn't enough space in this lot when the restaurant is busy

Worst parking lot I've ever been to it's a nightmare just to get into the parking lot and park took almost 5mins then when I was leaving come to find they blocked one of the exits so you have to go through the drive through just to get out well I had already gone inside to meet some one And didn't need to buy anymore I have a SUV so went right over the small curb and out the blocked exit it was a nightmare just getting out of the parking spot it's so crowded and the line is in the way people are rude so I had to just back up and if that jerk didn't stop he would hit me so he had to let me in so I wasn't gonna wait til I got through the drive through for no reason so I went up a small curb past the cones and I was free ... Other then the parking the inside was clean and staff was friendly but just can't see myself dealing with the drive through parking nightmare ever againParking: Parking lot is a nightmare

Ordered two items and after receiving the first, asked if the second was being made. We had already been waiting for 15 minutes and when we asked two employees, neither one cared or took the time to check for our order. Asked for a manager and was told there was no manager on site either. Turns out the cashier never charged us for our second drink and ended up wasting our time there. This all could of easily been avoided if any of the employees checked to see if our order was processed or not

Wow usually I never have had an issue at Starbucks I mean no surprise I would hope not when you're paying almost $10 for a coffee. Well this location was the worst 1st off I waited almost 25mins in drive thru line then get to the window and I hand employee $100 and there are no signs anywhere that says $100 not accepted but tells me he can't take it and badgers me about having a credit card I had to tell him like 3 times I didn't then getting my change and a gift card together I pay can't get my food item as I don't have that much change he threw it away what a waste so sad and as I drive off I noticed no drizzle on the drink really they didn't forget to charge the extra for it but couldn't remember to make it right I definitely will never be back to this Starbucks again!

though staff is friendly this has got to be the slowest starbucks i’ve ever been to. it is unfortunately the most accessible for me so when i do go, i have to mentally prepare for an egregiously long wait. i’m talking like 10 - 15 minutes minimum. i once thought i was lucky as there were only two cars. it still took 20 minutes to get through.i am writing this entire review as i wait in line at the drive through and have only moved once.parking is also a terrible option as everyone gets blocked in by the drive through line.

Attention people who get frappuchino, or latte, never go here, and here is why.This starbucks is the worst ever.. i can swear on my life that the last 7 times I have stopped by, they either dont have caramel, they dont have whip cream, and for sure they dont have straws for venti. I wouldnt make a big deal if it happened only once.. but when that sheit happens 7 times in a row within 2 months, it says a lot about the owner od this place.... i feel like a homeless guy owns this place.. and whatever i just said that they dont have, i guarantee that they dont have 2 out of the 3 guaranteed.And the workers are so ignorant. You ask for ribbon crunch, they r like "we dont have whip cream, is that ok?" Lolll no b*****h, its not ok/. How about a caramelFrappuchino without caramel; is that ok! No its not. Ajd sometimes they dont have ICE and cant make frap, thats the worst!! So if u just want hot tea or regular coffee, they r fine, anything else, just dont waste ur time waiting, let alone ordering on uber eats or postmates , cuz most likely they gonna deliver something else..

I needed an outlet and this store has no working outlets. Where are people supposed to charge their laptops and products if they are here to work or study. So unfortunate.
