This Starbucks has Cameras everywhere above long table and other places I do so Work on Computer a lot makes me uncomfortable knowing my passwords or privacy is at risk being video taped so if you like your work on you devices don't go here

Always a reliable stop for coffee and snacks. The service is friendly, and the drinks are consistently good. Great place to grab a quick drink or sit down and get some work done. Clean, cozy, and convenient.

Extremely hot today and all i wanted was an ice water . I didn’t mind paying at all but apparently Starbucks can’t hand out water nor charge someone for a simple ice water without purchasing food . At least that’s what I was told by the 2 employees in charge . Funny I went to the nearest Starbucks and they gladly handed me an ice water free of charge . Never coming here again. You guys can’t even charge someone for just an ice water without making them buy something else. Ridiculous

Worst manager ever working at the time of 6pm on march 27th 2025 he should not be working he has a serious attitude problem I ordered DoorDash I was explaining to some female worker what is wrong with my drink and instead of her stating oh I’ll transfer you over to a manager are stating that next time you come in, we’ll fix your drink. She hangs up The phone I called back multiple times finally The manager picked up and did not let me speak did not allow me to tell him the situation he started making fun of me Asking why do I speak like that and then he hung up on me as well and now it’s been 20 minutes and nobody will answer the phone he should not be working with customers if he has anger issues he can’t just hang up on the phone because there’s a situation that he doesn’t want to deal with when all he had to say no problem, we will replace it are you coming in today or tomorrow? But instead, he acts like he is a child and hangs up the phone not wanting to deal with anything he likes having a manager paycheck, but not the responsibility…. I got made fun of and ignored because I asked to replace my $5.00 dollar Cortado drink Don’t waste Your time go the extra mile down to a different Starbucks.. I’ve contacted corporate and I’m waiting for their response The district manager is supposed to contact me in 24 to 48 hours Let’s see how that works…

Worst Starbucks in town. Rude staff ..I had been coming there since they opened. A Barrista got pissed off when I told him my drink didn't taste right. I never complain so the one time I do I get this response. He slammed my drink on the counter and told some female co worker to remake it, walked off and went on break. My daughter went back to tell this female lead what happened. She did nothing and in fact was laughing about it with another worker. We never went back. The manager is useless as well. You'd be better off driving to Sepulveda and Nordohff. Nice staff and manager. They have a drive thru as well.

Starbucks is always a fun place to go and a special treat when I'm on the road. It's a bit pricey so I don't go everyday but the place is always clean and the workers efficient!

I asked for a Peppermint Mocha and they said they were out of mocha so I had to get my peppermint mocha with white chocolate instead👎like why ? They should always have mocha .
