I love Wingstop and I was going to leave a good review because when I came on 10/02/2025 I had a good experience, the lady that helped me with my order was the nicest person. The only reason I came back the following day (10/03/2025) was because of the good experience I had the day before but this time I won't be coming back. The cashier that took my order, her name is America, she wasn't very helpful and she even over charged me. I asked her if the prices changed and she said 'no' so why did she charged me more if I ordered the same thing. She was cutting me off and giving me a lot of attitude. Wings are delicious but their service is awful, these people are rude. I was trying to be polite and respectful but this person didn't want to help me with my order and she was incredibly rude and mean.

I’ve been to this location a few times and they’ve always been very nice and helpful. They seem to do a good job of keeping it clean as well. As for the food, I’ve now come to the realization that all Wingstops have to be told to make their fries and wings well done. If not, I feel like the fried items aren’t cooked enough to be edible.

This place use to be my favorite Wingstop. But my last two times I ordered from here, they are so skimpy with the sauces on the wings recently. The manager seems to regulate the sauce that is being tossed in the bowl. They will lose business if they continue like this

Always order from this location and never had issues until recently. Seems they are having them give out the smaller pieces and not the regular sized ones. Put a quarter next to it so you can see the size.

I’m standing there showing the girl my order, She Checks the rack behind her Doesn’t have it. For 10mins I’m standing there while 2 girls are by the phones not doing anything. Can’t find my food. I have my husband call and as soon as they answer the phone and he ask what’s taking so long, they hand my food to me?? So unprofessional and weird

Worst service I’ve ever experienced. We ordered a 20 piece combo online and after picking it up and bringing it home we find that they only gave us a ten piece while still charging us for the 20 piece. After calling them about it, the manager who we talked to was beyond rude. I can’t believe they’d put someone like that in that position, no wonder their staff is so unorganized. She didn’t even apologize for THEIR mistake, and even questioned us saying “So you ordered a 20 piece and a got a 10 piece, so what did you get?” I don’t know how that even makes sense. Either way, definitely do not go there and give the workers a chance to do something they’re actually good at :)
