This was my first time eating at the flame broiler.And I must say I am pleasantly surprised. the customer service was good.The food is absolutely delicious.I will definitely stop there again. The broccoli was cooked perfect, which typically never happens at a restaurant. The carrots were also cooked perfectly. Which I'm just blown away. You guys got it right, good job, thank you.

I didn't know what to expect at the relatively new Flame Broiler in Mojave. We travel to Mammoth, CA at least twice a year and sometimes stop in Mojave. The restaurant was clean. The service was quick and friendly. The restrooms were clean. I like the drink selection of tea or soft drinks. I tried a little of the Seol scorcher hot sauce. Hot, but enjoyable. The cashier brought our food to us on a tray. We all enjoyed our bowls very much and had nothing to take with us. We will return when hungry on another trip.

On my way to Mammoth and stopped here on a Thursday night as they were closing. I hadn't intended to go here but my Lancaster Ave I foodie pit stops were all closed to to a power outage SMH 🤔!! Crazy.whatever...Needed dinner while I charged my EV other side at Comfort Inn and the manager and other employees graciously let me order as they were about to close which was so nice of them. It was scrumptious and happy they had brown rice with my protein. TY Mojave FB! See you soon..
