I didn't know what to expect at the relatively new Flame Broiler in Mojave. We travel to Mammoth, CA at least twice a year and sometimes stop in Mojave. The restaurant was clean. The service was quick and friendly. The restrooms were clean. I like the drink selection of tea or soft drinks. I tried a little of the Seol scorcher hot sauce. Hot, but enjoyable. The cashier brought our food to us on a tray. We all enjoyed our bowls very much and had nothing to take with us. We will return when hungry on another trip.

On my way to Mammoth and stopped here on a Thursday night as they were closing. I hadn't intended to go here but my Lancaster Ave I foodie pit stops were all closed to to a power outage SMH 🤔!! Crazy.whatever...Needed dinner while I charged my EV other side at Comfort Inn and the manager and other employees graciously let me order as they were about to close which was so nice of them. It was scrumptious and happy they had brown rice with my protein. TY Mojave FB! See you soon..

A huge amount of rice with sprinkled on chicken and beef, beef was hard !!!! horrible boiled vegetables, and the side salad was cold cabbage !!! and one orange cut in half, with small drink $22 ... I will never step foot in this place again

What Service lacked, the Food made up for!! I was greeted when I walked in. I told the women working that Id never been here before and Id need a minute. She said to take my time and ask if I had any question. I decided what I wanted and began ordering. She cut me off and asked what size. So I asked what all comes with each size. She kinda rolled her eyes and explained. So I continued my order for the plate size. Then she asked if I wanted veggies. I told her, does it come with this plate? She got more bothered and said its up to me. I said, if it comes with it, Ill take it. Again...My first time in...I dont know the menu like she does. My question....Why say, if you have questions, ask...if your just gonna get attitude?! Anyway...The place had just opened, everything was spotless. The dining area was clean and the food was delish. It was prepared and ready in minutes.
