This was my first time eating at the flame broiler.And I must say I am pleasantly surprised. the customer service was good.The food is absolutely delicious.I will definitely stop there again.
The broccoli was cooked perfect, which typically never happens at a restaurant. The carrots were also cooked perfectly. Which I'm just blown away. You guys got it right, good job, thank you.

The food is excellent if you are looking for good quality healthy food. I make it a point to stop here and eat every time I pass through. Restaurant is very clean and well maintained, service is perfect.

I didn't know what to expect at the relatively new Flame Broiler in Mojave. We travel to Mammoth, CA at least twice a year and sometimes stop in Mojave. The restaurant was clean. The service was quick and friendly. The restrooms were clean. I like the drink selection of tea or soft drinks. I tried a little of the Seol scorcher hot sauce. Hot, but enjoyable. The cashier brought our food to us on a tray. We all enjoyed our bowls very much and had nothing to take with us. We...
