They say they closes at 12am but I when I went Monday at 11: 47 on 08/ 19/2025 no one serviced me I stayed at the window til 11:55 am I should've just left Jamie told me he was the boss and he could not serve because they have to clean which I understand so I told him they should change their hours terrible place to go at night for sure

Literally been waiting for my food for over 20 mins. I ordered on the app & told them I was here but they never started order. Everytime someone would shut me down before I could say anything & they'd just say to order on the kiosk. Customer service here is non existent

On June 21, 2025, I went through the drive-thru and was shouted at by the employee for not ordering fast enough, even though the car in front of me hadn’t moved. When I politely let her know she was being rude, she got aggressive and said: “You better hope ICE doesn’t get you.”
This was deeply offensive, xenophobic, and completely inappropriate for anyone to say — especially an employee claiming to be a manager. I’ve reported this to corporate and civil rights organizations. Avoid this location.
