Restrooms were covered in shit and toilet paper, trash overflowing no soap same with trash in the dine in area. Tried to notify staff...no one did anything.

I couldn't even go in. Place states that the dining area opens at 6am, but nope, a guy was waiting there, and then a couple came. I was waiting with my family in total 8+ people but nothing. I was forced to take my business across the street to Jack in the box, great food. When people are traveling and take time to eat, they want to do it OUTSIDE their cars.

Maps and the McDonald's app say the restaurant opens at 0400. The stores posted hours on the window have been changed to 0500.

For dine in you Do NOT get refills. They are more expensive than other establishments in Kern County. Of course need a code to use the restroom because of the homeless population and high traffic as it is much like a truck stop. During busy lunch hours limited staff to assist. Forcing people to use the kiosks. Watched an elderly couple struggle. I get inflation but just to buy another drink it was nearly $5 and the large was not so large. They clearly do not like the new CA wage. Sad times for McDonald’s.

I travel for a living and that means I have to eat a lot of fast food, I see a lot and most is horrible. The people who make it just don’t care, but I just got a Big Mac from here and I could tell there was love put into it. The Big Mac was amazing! Looked like right out of the picture ! Great job to who made that sandwich.

Came it at 9:59 and wanted to place order through drive through but associate stated they closed for the night. The app and Google stated they were open until 11pm (10:59) Associates gave no reason and this was very inconvenient. I passed many other McDonald’s locations on the way but holding off as this location was closer to the destination and I believed would still be open.
