The prices at McDonalds are insane. $3.69 for a hash brown and $4.00 for a sausage biscuit! I only ever eat McDonalds while road tripping but at these prices that little tradition is coming to an end. I’ll be packing meals from now on. Kingman AZ and Mojave CA were definitely not as welcoming as Flagstaff.

Not very fast they don't take orders at counter it's all digital now with machines you have to navigate to place orders .. probably due to the new minimum wage in CA of 20 bucks an hour .. so they don't need to have as many employees they need to pay. It's a bit confusing if you never navigated the machine program .. sucks

Went inside to order two McMuffins and use the restroom. Neither the drive-through nor inside were particularly busy, so I ordered on the tablet (the only method available), and began waiting with other customers for my food. And we waited. And waited. Literally, no one was getting their food as the number of customers got larger and larger. 45 people standing or at tables and only one order was delivered in 20 minutes. I've never seen this at a McDonald's.I went to the counter and waited a couple of minutes for a staff member to notice me. I asked what was going on and when anyone was going to get their food. She replied that she didn't know. I asked for a refund, and she got the manager who did promptly refund my money. Completely bizarre.

Don’t recommend going to this McDonald’s, I ordered a breakfast meal here, they had me wait 10 min in drive thru and after tells me to park for another ten min, when I get off to ask for my food the manager Ann refunds me half my order and says she don’t have it, I called corporate and haven’t heard anything back from them, noticed the wait time is always 30 min to get damn food!! Also went inside for my food all I can hear is people complain about the service and how disgusting the bathrooms are with no hand soap! Do better McDonald’s! Hopefully the owner Andrew sees this so he can maybe try to fix the issue before they close his fast food store down!

Drink “some” water

Didn't give me my double cheese burger, ordering tablet is delayed.Ordered on the tablet because there was no one at the register. The tablet didn't know I tapped the screen half the time. Once I paid, I was expecting a receipt. Nothing came out but I saw for a split second that it showed the order number. Couldn't see it because it changed after 3 seconds as I looked for the receipt. Heard someone was waiting for their fries for quite a while. Once I got my order, I was already out when I realized they forgot my second double cheese burger.

Two things that have come to my attention. I drive by this McDonalds when I don't have time to drive to my closest one. 1 . They stop selling decaf coffee so I've been told by the cashier. 2 . My wife is in to getting recipes every where she goes so I started getting them for her at his place lately is always out of paper for some reason when I ask they seem to be annoyed to walk 2 feet to get one . Recipes are a most for all transactions and if they don't have decaf it should be posted on the menu no exceptions.

The staff here are so rude. McDonald’s encourages use of the app but whenever I try to redeem rewards with my points this location always has issues where they steal my points but won’t give me my food and has a million excuses. I was trying to get a free 6 piece chicken nuggets for my two sons to share who are autistic and the manager and staff kept making up lame excuses why the reward was redeemed but that t wasn’t showing on their end and they couldn’t give me the item. Took a photo of the manager/worker who was rude and refused to just make it right.

Get rid of kiosk ordering. Never a good OR fast experience. Will stop going to all if that is what is the only option. This one seemed well understaffed. 30 min to get order.......

Overpriced and declining quality.I’m not a regular and probably won’t ever go to any McDonalds again. It seems very expensive for what you get. 3 milkshakes took 15 minutes (and they had almost no one else in store or at drive thru) and they were out of the strawberry one. Hot fudge sundae doesn’t come with peanuts anymore and only has fudge on top, none on bottom like they used to ~10 years ago last time I got one. Oreo McFlurry was biggest disappointment which is now just a few sprinkles of crushed Oreo on top of vanilla. It’s not blended like they used to and barely has any Oreo.Kid-friendliness: No changing station for babies.
