The manager (Indian lady) serves rotten produce on your sandwiches and calls her employees incompetent and stupid in front of customers. If you want extra veggies she says that’s not what the formula is and denies it. She’s rude to customers and only cares about saving a buck. The sauces are old and separating which leads me to think they just update the labels without actually cleaning the containers and replacing it with new sauce. This is the worst subway I’ve ever been to and it’s a wonder why employees don’t last. Every single vegetable looks mushy and the lettuce is brown. And she doesn’t allow coupons because like I said she’s trying to save a buck. It’s a wonder she’s still the manager with the treatment of her employees and customers. Will be calling HR and OSHA because that is NOT how you run a business.

Was told not to show up early (on time, they are just slow) for my mobile order because they don't want "you people" lingering in their (empty) lobby.I'll drive to Rosamond if I want Subway rather than put up with the staff here and how rude they are.

Every toxic environment! MANAGER (Indian lady) calls her employees stupid all the time (very disrespectful). I have to walk in on one occasion, she says they lack common sense while she lacks communication and empathy. I order a veggie footlong and the veggies looked old and tasted horrible! I have never been to a subway so rude and felt unwelcome. Don’t get me started on her not accepting any coupons! I guess thats one way to “save” money. VERY DISAPPOINTED!
I do a lot of track events and take classes at Willow Springs raceway and yes, there aren't a lot of options for food, however I have always had a good experience here. The women are always super friendly to me, we joke around, and I've never been disappointed in how they make my sandwiches. Thank you guys, see you next time!

I used to Work at this subway!!! The manager MADE US SERVE ROTTEN VEGETABLES!! I threw an Old Bell pepper in the trash and she took it out and told me to just cut off the piece of MOLD. THIS PLACE IS DISGUSTING!!! Not to mention they treat workers like slaves.
