Wienerschnitzel is one of my favorite spots. I’m one of those people keeping the chain alive. I go ever so often. But when I got hungry on the way home from mammoth I was excited to go here for some chili cheese dogs and chili cheese fries. But when I bit into the chili cheese dog, they were so overcooked and crunchy. I’ve never experienced anything like this in any Wienerschnitzel. I’m hoping it was a mistake and it’s not the norm here but from what I read in the comments this particular store really lacks decorum and consistency as opposed to other locations. I saw the low rating but still gave them the benefit of the doubt. No matter how many positive reviews I read about this location there is still no excuse for getting so many complaints and similar complaints over and over. Please do better.

We stopped in a couple times on our travels while charging. One must wait for an employee to unlock the restroom but it's understandable that businesses have had to do so. We were there yesterday (6/9) late afternoon but the gal working definitely lacked a smile and spunk. Almost as if she really didn't want to be there but perhaps she was having outside factors affecting her mood. We had ice cream and floats on the very hot day.
