Drove by and noticed this place closed! doesn't surprise me! No one has to experience their terrible service again. That's what they get. Adios amigos!

I always have the best meals and service when my husband and I go to Acapulco Restaurant! This review is to celebrate JUAN A. He is a most exceptional waiter, we have a had the pleasure of dining with him quite a few times now! Juan makes you feel like you are stepping into his own kitchen. He is energetic, fun and makes the best table side guacamole! He made a great recommendation on the Seafood trio! I have a hard time eating spicy dishes and this one was perfect! We will be back to see you Juan! Thank you for your shining hospitality !!

This review hurts, because I have coming here for years... The Sunday brunch has been my family's thing every weekend... but this weekend was the last time for us.... Every time we come, we order iced tea, which we were told came with the meal on more than one occasion... But today, they wanted to charge me, and seemed extremely bothered that I asked him about the charge... The manager said they should have always been charging for the tea.... His attitude was condescending and fake.... looks like we will give El Torito a try...

Juan is an amazing server who has a great personality and works at the speed of light when busy, today he had some time being that it was close to closing and always spends some extra time with his tables when possible. Being that he had some time he ensured his outstanding service and personality once again, it was my Grandmas's birthday so he had a couple of laughs with us and made us always want to return like he has all the years we've known him. Tonight I managed to get a photo for once normally he hides when you pull out a camera

I really enjoy coming to this restaurant they have good food and the atmosphere is great! If you go on Fri or Sat you will hear loud music from their cantina. You get fresh chips and salsa for free, which is delicious. I get coupons in the mail where it's buy one entree get a 2nd one for $2.99. I highly recommend their green chicken enchiladas. They have a brunch on Sundays, which I have heard great things about but I have never been.

I really like the restaurant but have been trying to leave for last half an hour and server keeps passing me by when I told her I had a coupon and could she please write the code and then when my friend flagged her down then she had to get the owner. Lisset L holding us hostage lol

We had our mother's 80th birthday party at this place, were about 55 guests. It was great, the staff was very friendly and the manager went out of his way to make sure that we had a great time. if you are looking for a place to hold a party I recommend this place.

We had their Sunday brunch, and it was good! Food was fresh. Mimosas didn't disappoint. Staff was very friendly and very accommodating. We will definitely be returning

Apparently, this location has decided to do away with coin change when someone pays for their food with cash. Yesterday we had a late lunch and the bill came to $27.58. When our server returned with our change, there was only $12.00 on the tray (should have been $12.48). No coin change, just the folding paper. When I asked the cashier about the lack of coin change $.48, it did not appear to be a concern for her. I got the distinct impression that coin change was no longer being given, and paper money was rounded down. Her comment, "If that's a problem, I can go ask the server for the 48c." I am wondering if the next time I went to that (or any) restaurant - as I am sure I will NEVER go back to this location - that if the bill was $27.58 and I gave them $27.00, to "round it out," they would be perfectly fine to have the even cash "short change" so they wouldn't need to deal with the coins. If this is a new policy at ANY restaurant, it should be CLEARLY POSTED that they don't deal in coin change. At which point I will walk out and go elsewhere.

A bit disappointed... made reservations for 12pm, didn't realize that 5 other parties did the same. When we arrived, a few other patrons were arguing with the manager regarding the egregious wait for those who placed reservations vs walk ins.... the wait was 45 minutes either way! There were 3 different waiting lists for customers, how ridiculous. They are overbooking like a freaking airline. After we waited our 45 mins at the bar, we were finally seated. After waiting another three 10 minutes at the table, a server finally came by to say that no menus were available and we had to order from the buffet. Wait what? We made reservations for lunch, not the buffet! The server "had to ask her manager" if we could have a menu to order a meal, even though the buffet was ending at 1 pm (which at this point was 5 minutes away). However, the manager came by and made sure we were taken care of. We were not left hanging when he stepped in. Although the wait was there over an hour, the man I did their best to make sure we are accommodated. I really appreciate extra steps that they took

Great service! The food was better than I remembered. Even the presentation was nice. We had carnitas nachos, salmon, guacamole, and crab and shrimp enchiladas. Everything was delicious! Margaritas are good too. Hopefully the chef stays. On point!

This used to be my favorite place to book parties up until a few weeks ago. My sister booked the party room for 20-25 people 4 weeks in advance for my mother's 65th Birthday. Every week she called in to make sure everything was okay and was assured by Alvaro at the restaurant that everything was fine. Two days before the birthday party, Luis from the restaurant calls her and tells her that we would have to be moved outside due to a bigger party coming in. My sister told him that his was not right because we booked the room weeks in advance and now with such short notice we have no option but to go outside because all the other restaurants would probably be booked. He offered no sympathy and just said we will have some heaters for you. On the evening of the party we had two small heaters and everyone was miserable and cold. Our service was slow and they often forgot about us outside so we would have to put in double orders for drinks when we found the waiter. At the end of the night when we received our bill for $1200, my sister and I split the bill. To top off the night, the person who took our cards double charged us both! I received a call from BofA the next day suspecting fraud charges and had my $$$ in limbo for the next few days until they fixed this. I called and complained to the manager who said sorry and offered us some appetizers...lol what a joke. So sad Acapulco, you just lost a 15 year customer who usually has 4-5 big parties yearly at your restaurant. I'm going to miss is my favorite waiter Juan and the music.
