I came back to this location after the owner went above and beyond to make my last experience better. I ordered the mini pretzel dogs again. They were fresh, delicious and soft. The staff was super friendly and they even have an express mobile order pick up to skip the line. I will highly recommend this location since they do things right here.

Terrible management, I was walking by yesterday and overheard management yelling at their employees. Have heard racist remarks made from certain employees to others and the manager Jody does nothing.

I went to Auntie Anne's this Sunday and was extremely pleased with the staff, such friendly workers. The two best friends had amazing energy.

The manager JODY is a peice of work to her employees, as a customer and a friend of a former employee that witness her attitude towards them I'm appalled, no wonder why people keep quitting there, you can't treat people like garbage no matter if they are full-time or part time, human beings are human beings.
I've never really felt the need to write a review but today changed that! The lady at the register was very rude to my wife when ordering and asking about certain products. She didn't seem to care or give any input and when asked if they had warm cheese, she said "no" and walked away. Granted that because she seemed frustrated when she got our drink, it spilled on her when she was filling the cup! It seemed like she was mad that we added the drink to our order at the end. There was no line behind us just one customer only. I won't be coming here anymore as we are easy going people and rarely complain but just seemed unwanted at this location!

Great pretzels! Located right in front of Cinnabon, there is always a line but it is well worth the wait. I ordered the pepperoni pretzel with jalapeño and I thought it was delicious. My fiancé ordered the pepperoni pretzel and he thought his was delicious too. This is a great place to buy a pretzel. Customer service was good, some room for improvement. I will definitely be stopping by here when in town.
