Green Thailandia not even good at all tasted bitter regular Thai is good but the main reason for my review is they took so long extremely long I was utterly shocked by how long the guy took I waited like 25 minutes just for two milk teas I don’t understand why they took so long I tried hard to be patient but I was just about to say give me a refund and I’ll just go home like that thirsty. Crazy bro. Do not come here go to another place every other boba place I have been to has my drink out in 10 seconds flat.
Skip the disappointment and just to Krak boba 💔
Ordered a matcha milk tea, but it came watered down and couldn’t taste the matcha. Asked for a replacement to get something safe, and got a regular milk tea, which was even worse. Ended up throwing out the drinks. They were nice about it, but don’t come expecting high quality drinks.
If I could give this place a 0 I would . When I got there I tried asking the male worker with long hair a question but him and his co worker were too busy talking and didn’t here me until I got in front up them then I placed my order on the kiosk and ordered a tiger sugar milk tea and the description clearly says that it comes with honey boba so we decided to click on an extra topping since we assumed it came with it already when we received our order my boyfriend noticed it didn’t have boba so we went and asked what had happened and male worker said we didn’t purchase it with boba and we showed him how the kiosk had it in the description and he didn’t bother to help he simply just said well next time just remember how the system is and still had the nerves to charge us for the boba when clearly the system is wrong . I will never go back I was a frequent customer and it’s inexcusable to have such bad customer service.
They forgot the sugar
Love this shop there flavors are delicious my fav is Carmel macchiato with boba and coffee jelly’s so good and for the price and size it’s a steal and you get points for every boba drink you purchase ❤️

Came here not too long ago and I got the Pinkerton and it's definitely worth it coming here! I'll come here another day to try out the other stuff.

5/5 star on customer service alone. I was so surprised to be greeted with a smile and good customer service. It really makes all the difference. They have different types of toppings that you can choose from. They were nice enough to let me try a sample of one of the toppings. Thank you!

Drink was bonkers. I’m convinced they didn’t clean the blender properly prior to making my drink, since it tasted like Dawn dish sop & had bubbles foaming at the top. My boyfriend and I both threw our drinks away after a couple of sips. For reference, I ordered the Sweet Romance tea with pomegranate popping boba.
Service was phenomenal (I served myself using their self-serve tablet).

I go there a lot!! We always get a large tea with bobba! It's a pretty big size and it's delicious. You can customize it to not add a lot of sweets. I think it's percentages.. I ALWAYS feel like I get my money's worth. You also get rewards.. after 10 drinks you get $5 off. To some? Is not much, but hey... You are still buying the drinks anyways? is nice to get a little appreciation?
