this what happen i came here sit down and 10- 20min no one help us at my table and 2 people who work they saw us ask the guy at the front desk he like oh if you want to wait or you can leave bro did not try to get someone to help. And want us to leave bad job buffalo

Arrived for lunch on a Sunday afternoon. The restaurant wasn't super busy. We stood at the front door for a few minutes, just waiting to be greeted. When we were greeted, we were told it would be a 5-10 minute wait. After a short wait, we were taken to our seat on the patio, which we requested. We were really hungry and quickly decided what we wanted to eat and drink. After sitting there for 17 minutes without even being acknowledged, we got up and left. No one even said anything to us on the way out.
This used to be one of my favorite places to get wings and beer...not anymore.
The owner should speak to their manager and service team because that is completely unacceptable.

The truth is that I got a lot of wings with feathers and the Lemon Pepe were very dry without any sauce.

Poorly managed, the way they do seating is pretty disorganized. The staff appear to be miserable and kind of rude not just with our group but seemed like with everyone.

Extremely irritated with this restaurant. The lady at the front told us to seat ourselves at the bar. No customer service at all. We waited 25 minutes and we weren’t greeted by a server nor did we even know who the server was. We had to flag down a worker at the bar for help who wasn’t even the waiter and he was the only one with great customer service and urgency. Food was also cold but at that point we were so over it we just wanted to leave. Do better!! Better organization and management is needed.

Came in to buy 4 gift cards and manager said I couldn't get bonus cards because it's company policy only 2 cards!! It's christmas gifts! So I returned all 4 cards! Unbelievable!

I never write review but this was pretty bad…..Ordered food for delivery, Food was dry and cold nothing had enough sauce. We were missing fries and veggies. Definitely not the best we have had, very disappointed.

Went for lunch around 1 pm today and it was under staffed. Not only was it understaffed but they were rude as well, we sat for 15 min without being acknowledged. Not even a water was brought over ....not the first time this has happened.... deffintly the last time we go.

I came to celebrate a friend's birthday and was extremely disappointed with the food. We ordered around 30 wings, and all of them were cold. We had to ask them to reheat them. The fries were also cold. I don’t like leaving negative reviews, but this experience was unacceptable, especially considering we were charged $120 for the food. I won’t be returning.
