My son calls me because he has 2 flat tires.After finishing helping him, we were working on this issue for almost 7 hours.We come to Buffalo wile wings wanting to wash our hands and go to the bathroom before sitting down at a table, looking at the menu and placed an order.Because we weren't filthy , we just had our hands dirty from messing with tires and rims , you know. we were told no, you can't use the bathroom.They're for customers only.I said, well have us get seated to a table and then we will walk on over to the bathrooms.It's not that big of a deal.Sir, we just dealt with 2 flat tires.And i'm here to spend some money and eat. so because I was rejected at this one location.I will never go to a Buffalo Wild Wings again.My son told this to a couple of his coworkers and they now refuse to go to a buffalo wild wings , you know , all it takes is word of mouth and you instantly start losing customers. again, we just finished with some flat tires.We wanna wash our hands and get something to eat.You're open can you feed us. i mean, I guess they didn't notice the $150 Jordan's on my feet.The $75 volkum, workpants on my ass.The $300 smartwatch on my wrist, the $1000 smartphone in my pocket.My four hundred dollar white gold chain around my neck or the eighty five dollar nike sweater , i'm wearing. i don't know what the person at the doors problem was.But for whatever reason , they're the reason why I my son and a few others will no longer spend our money on this brand

Upon arrival Dylan was taking names to seat people. I guess Dylan wasn't trained to multi task he didn't even acknowledge me standing in front of him while he was about to seat a table. He Dylan how about you look at the next customer waiting for a table and say I'll be right with you sir. The waitress was not any better not only did she ghost the table she forgot a entree and had to look at the receipt luckily for her a co worker had brought it out. No refill on any drinks not even water we had to bus our own table to make room for the cake. They could have joined in knowing it was a birthday celebration but why make anyone feel special being their. I also had to raise my hand like a little kid just try and get attention only to have them look and walk away. I work has a store manager in retail and that kind of customer service is not acceptable. I will find another location.

The food is good; however, the service needs improvement. My order was scheduled to be ready at 8:30. I understand delays happen—I work in customer service too—but I didn’t receive my food until 9:00. There was no greeting or acknowledgment for the wait; the only thing said to me was, “What’s your name?” If orders are running behind, the pickup times should be updated.

This Buffalo Wild Wings is horrible. I came here with my cousins I asked for fresh wings with extra sauce when the girl brings out our wings they are shriveled with a sticker that says extra crispy , the wings were dry and hard and had no sauce on top of that the waitress sucked hardly checked on us mind you it was not busy at all, and when we asked her about the wings she stated in order to received fresh wings she has to input “extra crispy” and they deep fry them again. Will never attend this location

If possible, I would recommend avoiding having a meal here. From the few times I’ve visited this Buffalo Wild Wings location, my experience has been consistently negative. I personally witnessed the manager speaking to staff in a way that came across as rude and disrespectful, which made the atmosphere uncomfortable. This behavior noticeably affects the overall quality of the restaurant. The food was also below average, and I would recommend eating somewhere else.

SAUCED UP WINGS FROM LAST WEEK!!! IM CONVINCED THATS WHAT THEY ARE SELLING, CHICKEN IS DOWNRIGHT O.L.D AND YOU CAN TASTE IT!! ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING!! the only reason I gave it 2 stars is because the girl in the ToGo/pick up area was so sweet and gave me extra carrots and ranch, cause that was the best part of the meal, and the fries. Serving old chicken is a health hazard. I will never go here again.

Service is horrible more then 30mins for two burgers is ridiculous when the restaurant isn’t that full. Walked out due to lack of waiter and food within a timely manner

Service is absolutely horrible. Lunchtime is a nightmare no matter how busy it is. We stood at the front for 15 minutes before we even saw an employee on the floor and then waited another 5 minutes to be sat. Waitress took our order left to the back and never came out. When we got up to leave, she came out and had no idead the status on our food, we left. Absolutely RIDICULOUS!! This is the third and last time we come here.

We went to watch baseball game, we did order chicken wings and Mushroom Burger, the food came almost to 20min after order, wings were cold and dry, too make it worst, that looks like pigeon wings instead of chicken, they were very small no meat, services from our waitress was deficient, the only one that was good and efficient was Kiara a food runner 5⭐️ to her.

Idk who runs this location but the take out service is trash !!!!! I ordered online showed up after my pick up time and still waited 45 mins for my order !! There were about 10 other people waiting for there orders and not a person insight to help out horrible take out experience visited 10/2/25
