When I went the other day , I went up to the counter and explained that they forgot a item from my order , the manager name German then proceeded to talk negatively of me in Spanish to the other workers in the back , I guess he didn’t think I didn’t speak Spanish ? But regardless I was bewildered enough to not respond , pls do better in your treatment of customers

Always a great place to pick up a quick fight to eat. I try to come here once a week and buy a bunch of breakfast sandwiches to pass out to less fortunate people. The people are always very accommodating here for that. When I'm ordering 20 or so sandwiches.

I paid for two crispy tacos and just walked out without my food because the wait was unbearable. My couple of dollars just waisted because I had no patience for waiting in a nearly empty Bus her King with one cashier working. I hope my mine and food goes to someone who needs it more than me

I stopped by this Burger King today and had one of the most uncomfortable experiences. The young guy on the speaker was calmly explaining that they were sold out of an item, and out of nowhere a girl working the window started yelling over him through the mic. She completely cut him off and was basically shouting, making him seem like he was doing something wrong.

It wasn’t just rude to me, it felt very belittling to the kid who was trying to do his job. The way she over-talked him and snapped made the whole situation awkward and unnecessary. I ended up just saying “okay, thank you” and driving off because the energy was so disrespectful.

Employees should be lifting each other up, not embarrassing them in front of customers. I hope management addresses this, because that behavior was completely uncalled for.

Employee Ada tried to downplay our order that was overcharged in not giving us the money owed back. It took no more than 5 seconds to get the charge back onto the card by the manager which should’ve been the first response. If you’d like me to come down, I’d love to talk in person

I had a great experience at this Burger King location. To be honest, the Whopper that I ordered was one of the most fresh Whoppers that I’ve seen in a Burger King in California. The Whopper was actually juicy and vibrant, unlike many other BKs where the Whopper would look flat.

However, I noticed that many tables were stained/not cleaned properly, and the hand soap dispenser in the restroom had soap that felt as if it was more like a foam hand sanitizer rather than a soap. Not only that, I was charged an extra $1.40 for adding cheese to my Whopper.

The staff, on the other hand, was helpful and kind though. Overall, I had a great experience at this Burger King location.

They didn't have what I ordered online when the drive thru person was super passive aggressive for no reason. I already paid but they wouldn't tell me alternatives to what I got. And they seem super annoyed, even though they didn't tell me exactly what I could get instead. He was wearing too much makeup 💄. Probably my worst experience yet at Burger King
